I had such a wonderful experience at this LensCrafters location! The staff were incredibly kind and patient, which made my first in-office/telehealth visit so smooth. The doctor conducted my exam virtually, and I was pleasantly surprised by how seamless and thorough the process was. I was also really impressed with the frame selection and found a beautiful pair of Coach glasses at a great price. On top of that, I loved having the option to pay with Klarna, which made the purchase even more convenient.
Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish, and I will definitely be coming back!

Went to get my rayban meta gen 2 fixed. Ive owned them since the 22nd of December 2025 and they have not worked since ive owned them. Lenscraft wont replace them. Theyll only give me some money towards it even though it never worked since I bought them. I went in with questions and left very upset. So the story goes I went in and asked why I wouldn't get a full refund and she said thats how it is. Then she apply I was yelling. You can ask anyone there I was just upset. Never yelled once. Please pull up the footage. She just made the situation worse instead of solving it. Her name is kait the store manager. She should be fired or have a strong talk to about her attitude with customers

I've been going to this location for a few years now, They have a good sized selection, the service is great, I've gotten my exam there and bought a few pairs from them, they were excellent with everything. Kate recently called me back to remind that I have a warranty that was gonna expire soon after I voiced a concern with my glasses to her earlier in the day, I probably would've forgotten I had the warranty until it was too late if she hadn't noticed and called. Kate, your store manager, is an astounding manager and saleswoman. It was my first time ever shopping for glasses and I was beyond nervous, and she made shopping for glasses such an enjoyable, fun experience. She really took the time to listen and hear what I needed out of my first pair and got me excited about wearing them, something I never thought I'd say. She is an invaluable addition to your store and if there are promotions available, she's the first person I'd give one. She could run the company if given the opportunity. 10/10 would come back again from another state just for her.

I was there in May of 2025 all went well at first except the trouble with the part of the eye exam that included the prizums. When I arrived to pick up my glasses they had the wrong number at the lab for the prizums. Had to come back again to find that they corrected the problem at the lab but the prizums were still off. I was understandably frustrated and ask the manager girl why they can't go on my old glasses prizum numbers that were good. She started getting rood with me to the point where I was almost in tears. Now this is November of 2025 and I still have no glasses and out 500 some dollars and scared to death to go back to resolve the issue. I had no intentions to upset the manager girl but felt mistreated as a coustomer. I was just frustrated and have developed caderacks this is a very unpleasant issue and nothing has been done since May.
