I have to say, the staff here is great. They are super sweet people. However, the dental work is not good. I just had to have a cavity repaired for the third time, after they failed the first two times. Thankfully I went elsewhere. The new Dentist show me exactly why my filling was popping out. Long story, but I'm fixed up. Again, super friendly, but go elsewhere for any dental work.

I give Dr. Edelman 5 stars, but unfortunately they have abandoned me as a patient. Had a 6 month cleaning scheduled in July. They called a week before to cancel the appointment because they said they are short on hygienists. Was told someone would be calling to reschedule. Waited 2 months and never received a call back to reschedule. I finally called the office to reschedule, and was told they only have one hygienist, who is booked out for over a year. Been a patient here for well over 20 years. Very disappointed because I really liked Dr. Edelman.

I had to switch from this practice as they cancelled my appointment (which was scheduled 6 months in advance) due to not having enough hygienists, and they never called me to reschedule. The front desk staff is disorganized and there's lots of misinformation. I wanted teeth whitening & was told I needed to come in for a consultation (which I had already received here previously) because I had not had a recent cleaning (because they cancelled my appointment....). After the consultation, they told me to call them to schedule. I call today and was told by the rude receptionist that they have no appointments available for whitening, so I just wasted my time at the consultation. It's unfortunate because I really liked my dentist, but they need to hire more professional front desk staff and more hygienists.

Dental Health Services is always a pleasant & positive experience. Staff is friendly, polite, caring and competent. Appointments are always on time. I never dread going to the dentist. Dr. Edelman is a remarkably nice, knowledgeable & compassionate person who always treats & engages everyone like family. Highly recommended

I have been seeing Dr Edelman at Dental Health Services for over 12 years. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr Edelman. She always makes you feel comfortable, genuinely listens and never rushes, just an overall great dentist and person. The front office staff, however, are a very different story. In all those years, I have never had any issues, until recently. I was overcharged for a service and when I brought it to their attention, I was met with attitude, annoyance, misinformation and run around from several different staff members. It took well over 2 months to have this resolved. There was no sense of urgency or professionalism, no acknowledgment of their error, just a sheer lack of concern from them. The fact that they acted annoyed with me for an error they made is astonishing and very unprofessional. Due to this, we will be looking for a new dentist, which is really unfortunate because Dr Edelman is such a great dentist. But we cannot continue going there knowing this is how the staff handles issues that occur.

My experience at Dental Health Services was positive & timely. I was able to make an appointment quickly. On the day of my appointment staff was friendly & respectful of my needs. Efficient yet caring! Pleased to have the access to such kind dental providers. Thank you!

I always have a wonderful experience at Dental Health Services, and it was the same at my last appointment. After the hygienist cleaned and polished my teeth, they felt wonderful. Everybody there was so friendly and Dr. Edelman has done wonders for my teeth over the years I have seen her for specialized treatments. Fondly, Jane Walmsley.

My dentist was amazing. Super friendly, professional, and time efficient. I went here for a second opinion and she was very honest, too. The receptions were so nice, as was the dental assistant.
