I had a very disappointing experience. I was not acknowledged at all while waiting, which already made me feel unwelcome. Amanda was extremely short with me and spoke in a very rude manner. Unfortunately, Andrea was no better while I waited, I observed her being rude to multiple customers. Both employees lacked basic customer service and any sense of professionalism or personality. It was an uncomfortable and fustrating visit.

I went in looking for replacement eye glasses and the tech person that took care of me made me feel comfortable, even though I kept changing my mind, he was very patient and I had a great experience in picking out the glasses I wanted.

While the eye exam itself went smoothly, my experience was ultimately disappointing due to the behavior of (I believe) the manager, Chris. I felt pressured to purchase more than I had budgeted for, which made me very uncomfortable. In addition, I observed him speaking rudely to his coworkers right in front of me something that felt very unprofessional, especially in a healthcare setting. After my fiance called to leave feedback, Chris had the audacity to ask if I had broken English. That was not only inappropriate, but deeply offensive. First impressions matter, and this one spoke volumes. I will not be returning, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy both staff and clients alike.

I called for an appointment as I gave 5 stars for Pearl 6 mos ago. Person scheduling ran dates n times they were open like I had a steno pad next to me instead of being helpful making an appointment. She continued to be rude. I am gone. Such a shame. I loved this office.Will go elsewhere.

My family and I have been going to Pearle Vision for many years! I was always pleased with the way Barb has treated me! She is excellent! I'm very sad that I will be looking for a new eye doctor because of the manager there.
However, after my recent visit I will never step foot in there again due to the management. The manager is so rude and not helpful. I was seen in February for my eye exam. Not to mention when I paid, the girl kept saying oh I forgot to charge you for this or that. Which I I was not happy about doing different transactions. In the meantime, the doctor must have prescribed me an "out of this world" contact that takes weeks to come.... I've been wearing the same contact lenses since February. Which is not good for anyone's eyes. I have not ordered glasses yet though because I'm waiting to see how much the contacts are going to cost. Which I asked for many times and still have not received an answer. I called to ask what contact brand can I use for the time being since it's been a month of getting trial pairs and tweaking the contacts the manger basically started yelling at me and being completely rude on the phone. I still have yet to get my contact prescription which I paid for.

Jason provided excellent customer service not only in the office but on the phone when I called. Jason was a wealth of knowledge and provided all the details prior to my appointment and after. Dr. Burkhart was great during my eye exam and provided an overall positive experience as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this location based on service/staff. Thank you!
