We had a great experience here after a terrible experience somewhere else that morning. We were able to book same day appointment, prices for eye wear were reasonable. Rachel was very helpful and friendly getting our appointment started and the doctor provided a thorough exam. We will be back!

A truly wonderful experience! Dr. Singh was so quick to figure out my new prescription strength and was very thorough with informing me of my eye health. The staff was welcoming, professional, and I was seen right on time. Marlo helped me pick out a new pair of glasses that I know I am going to love. I will definitely refer friends and family to this location.

I had a prescription from a different place and I was in a pinch, I called here in desperation because I had a really old test pair of contact lenses in and right now I haven't been able to afford to get more but I do have a valid contact lens prescription. Jenna, who answered my call along with her colleague I'm having trouble remembering her name, but they were both SUPER nice and provided me with a test pair to last me until the appointment we also scheduled the same day. I went there and was able to get the old contacts out and put brand new ones in and these ladies were by far the nicest people I've encountered at any of these contacts lens centers I've been to in the past few years. Definitely recommend going here with how kind they are and their motivation to want to help people and not give them a hard time. A+++++

I honestly have never had such a bad experience from an optometrist. Everyone was very nice but nice isn't always useful. I've been wearing glasses or contacts since I was five years old so 35 years and this place made me think my eyes were just so bad it was the best they were going to get. I went back 3 times telling them it wasn't right so for after a year of thinking my eyes were just that bad I went somewhere else for an eye exam and it was night and day I can finally see. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. I gave them 3 chances they are supposed to be professionals.

Amazing service, everyone was kind and welcoming. The manager Mike went above and beyond to make sure my son who has very poor sight would be comfortable with his new glasses! We usually have such a hard time with my son feeling confident but the staff really went above and beyond fitting and getting him right!!!

This Place is Amazing I can not say it loud enough wonderful people very friendly girls are awesome kept checking to make sure I was being helped just awesome the Dr. was so kind as well ,I have delt with other eye care places but this one Beats them all hands down without a doubt .Mike the Manager is amazing I got emotional about my situation and he was very heart felt . He went above and beyond to help me get my glasses never met a manager like him there are not enough like him who truly care I love ya Mike you are the bomb Always your new friend Joyce

Let me start by saying if I could give no stars at all. I would. This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had anywhere let alone at an eye doctor. My glasses came in wrong not once not twice but three times before I finally gave up. Two out of three of the times the manager was on site and could obviously see and know things were not right and did not bother offering any apologies. Not to mention my son was seen who remind you has been wearing glasses for the past 20 years and was told that he needs to Wear glasses that in the left lens has no prescription whatsoever and in the 20 years of him wearing glasses that has not been the case. Overall was an extremely bad experience the customer service is definitely Lacking. Not to mention the eye infection I ended up with after my exam. Needless to say will never be a return customer.
