Clear Focus Eye Care

Very nice place and well decorated. First time here and the process was a breeze. My insurance was taken as well, so I payed nothing out of pocket. The optometrist was kind and took the time to explain everything very well. It didn't feel as if they were in a rush to do the exam and get me out the door. There were no wait times between the exam and getting the glasses. 100% would come back again for a new prescription.

Meaghan is amazing! We are looking into becoming patience here and she helped us with insurance coverage and settled my mind about bring my child in, especially because they had eye surgery at a younger age and their current Dr is retiring. Thank you for putting my mind at easy I can't wait to become a guest here!

After struggling to find a place in town that would take both my and my mom's insurance, we found Clear Focus Eye Care, which was a little farther away than we had hoped but absolutely worth it. They were able to get us in within a few days of when we called to schedule. The receptionist was so kind on the phone and very understanding when we had to reschedule due to illness. The front of the building has a few steps, but they also said we could go through the back that has a ramp. The pathway at the back is a little thin and has grass on both sides, so it might not be the best for wheelchair users. When we got inside the receptionist was friendly and helped us get back as soon as we could. They also had little water bottles available for patients which was a nice touch. Our appointments were fast and efficient and Holly was wonderful with helping us select the best frames. They were very transparent with pricing and helped us select the best options for our budget. Overall they were very friendly, helpful and efficient and I would definitely recommend Clear Focus Eye Care to my family and friends. After many years of switching eye doctors I finally found my eye care home at Clear Focus. The doctor and her staff are amazing and attentive. Best decision I've made I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

Dr. Strain and the whole staff at Clear Focus is GREAT! I wish I could give them 6 stars. I've been to several other optometrists and this office is the best. Everyone is very professional and helpful.

This place is just the best! Dr. Strain is very knowledgeable and kind, which I haven't really experienced in the past going to any doctors' office! The ladies at the front are just wonderful people; so down to earth and sweet! They even held my little girl and doted on her! I loved that and I know she did too! Holly was so patient with me as I looked for frames. She understood my wanting to get the most out of my insurance too! All around great people! If I could give more stars I would!

I had the best experience with Clear Focus Eye Care. My dog had chewed my glasses with only a few pairs of contacts left; so I had to get into an eye doctor. I called one place in York, they were extremely rude and said they don't have availability till a month later. When I called Clear Focus, they were so nice and welcoming over the phone, they got me in the very next week. The second I walked in everyone was just so kind. The Doctor was very nice and knowledgeable, she heard all my concerns with my vision and gave wonderful service. When I was trying new frames on I was helped by an amazing woman who was so patient with me trying 100 different ones and being indecisive. She helped me pick the best frames that fit my face and look the best. I am very pleased with this place and would recommend this to anyone!
