I would give 10 stars to Dr. Lisa if I could! My family first went to Dr Lisa 25+ years ago. She has given us amazing care and was wonderful with my children, especially when it came for contacts. We moved out of state 10 years ago and just came back. Even though it is a 1 1/2 hour drive to York, we immediately went back to her practice. Her thoroughness, knowledge, ability to diagnose issues and her amazingly professional and kind manner can not be beat. I would...and do...recommend her to anyone. Actually, years ago I recommended her to a friend whose husband could not get his eye issues solved. After seeing Dr Lisa, his issues were diagnosed and resolved!! Thank you Dr Lisa for your care of a very important part of our bodies....our eyes!!

I want to take this time to say how AMAZING Hunter's Hill Eyecare is to me and my husband! We have been patients for 3 years and we absolutely LOVE Dr. Lisa. She is SO sweet, kind and willing to take her time with both of us. She ensures us that we fully understand what is going on with our vision. I had an eye emergency and was seen by Dr. Courtney. I could have not asked for a better caring and fun doctor. She eased not only my mind and Mom's mind. We left the office feeling empowered. If Dr. Lisa is not available I would be more than happy to see Dr. Courtney! I also want to give a huge shout out to the office/reception staff. They are ALWAYS SO helpful and kind! The eyeglass staff take their time to ensure that you like your glasses and look wonderful in them. Thank you everyone for ALL you do. We love you all!!

I was looking for a new eye doctor as my previous one no longer seemed to care about me. This place is worth 10 stars! I was having an issue with my right eye and while their schedule for regular check ups is full for a couple of weeks, they were able to get me in under an emergency issue. The doctor took his time with me. I wasn't just rushed in and rushed out. Very thorough and very personable. And the fact I don't have eye insurance, they were willing to work with me on the pricing. I am very happy I found this place and will recommend them to everyone who asks. Thanks so much for a great customer service experience.

What an amazing staff Dr Lisa has. My husband and I both had apt this week and they all have a ray of sunshine amongst them. You ever need help picking classes, ask them all for their opinion. It is such a pleasure coming yearly to see them. 5 hearts for stars. Highly suggest this office.

I've been going here for about 4-5 years now, and I absolutely love it! All of the staff is fantastic, and Dr. Brittany Klass is phenomenal. Everyone is super caring and friendly. I wear both contacts and glasses which recently started being 2 different prescriptions. Dr. Brittany worked with me till the prescriptions were exactly right, and was super patient. I refer everyone I know to Hunter's Hill, and I always look forward to my annual exam!

I have tried two times to make an appointment with a provider that I had been seeing for over ten years at another location. When the provider joined this practice I tried to schedule an appointment but could not be seen for over six months. I unfortunately needed an eye exam & contacts so I had to go else where. I called again today to make an appointment with the provider I have been seeing for over 10 years, now I am told that I can't be seen till next Nov 2023. How ridiculous. I had seen that provider at another location for over 10 years & never had a problem getting an appointment. Poor management. I'm sure my provider would like to know about this.

I went to 5 places to find frames that I liked. HH has an excellent selection of frames. The problem? I had my glasses made twice and they still are a problem and I may even have to go somewhere else to have them made properly so I can see well enough. When I picked them up the 2nd time, I told the gentleman that I still couldn't properly see with them. He allowed me to leave the store without correcting the issue Very disappointed and I was a first time customer.
