I would of gave a better review. Doctor Peter's is Wonderful .They need to replace Doctor Yee , she is rude and them other workers just sit in the outside area eating lunch and talking about the patients/ people. Get better.

Dr. Yee made me very happy by correcting my vision. Everyone at Keystone are very professional. I would recommend Keystone Eye Care to everyone.

I would not recommend this place. When calling for an appointment you review what insurance you have as well as what service you are receiving. When arriving to the Eye Doctor, they let me know that they do not bill my insurance for my service, so I explained to them that I have been getting the service with my insurance for 17 years. And I asked them is this a process that they do or if it was a process that is something new. As I'm trying to ask these questions the receptionist is repeatedly cutting me off, talking over me and not listening to my full question. I proceeded to tell her to cancel my appointment. I will have to find somewhere else to go because I'm not going to pay out-of-pocket for a service that my insurance covers other places. I was only in that office Because my regular office did not have any appointments that fit my schedule. Once I explained to her, can she just let me talk and ask the questions that I need to ask, and she can answer them she got very upset. I then Asked her for her name so that once I called, I could reference who I spoke with to now let my insurance company know that they don't handle their service through them anymore. She refuses to give me her name. I then asked her are you refusing to give me your name or are you not allowed to give your name. She told she refused to give me her name. I said fine and I walked out. I will not be returning back to this place This receptionist was very rude and has no customer service.

Doctor was wonderful. The woman assigned to help my son pick glasses was very short and did not seem like she wanted to be there.

I had cataract surgery done by Dr. Yee and it was/is AWESOME. I had worn glasses since early childhood and now I am glasses free! I have not seen such vibrant colors in years. Surgery was quick as was the healing process.

The staff, as well as the doctor, all go out of their way to accommodate their patients needs. From being helpful to various patients questions about procedures, and the many questions involving insurance. All were very pleasant and patient to myself, as well as the many people that were being treated during my wait time. My new eye sight is a miracle! I am extremely satisfied.

The absolute worst experience. I went to the office on 08/19 since I had dry eye and high pressure in the eyes. When I went back to the technician for her to start the exams, as soon as she started the tests, she said that I needed cataract surgery and they had an opening on Wednesday if I wanted it. (WHAT) I then had my eyes dilated and checked for glaucoma. Once I went in to see the doctor, Dr Yee said that I had a retinal bleed and I must have high blood pressure. She said that I will need surgery to release the pressure and to find out where the bleeding was coming from. Also I needed more testing for glaucoma. She asked me who my doctor was and when I told her, she said that is not the name on your chart. She took me out front to have the receptionist fix my chart and she left. She was not available for any questions and I had no clue what my treatment was or would be. Thank God, I went for a second opinion and was told I had an eye stroke ( branch retinal vein occlusion ) and this was an emergency. He sent me to a Retinal Specialist and sent orders to my primary care doctor for additional tests . Get this, the Retinal Specialist was 2 doors down from Keystone Eye Care and this could have all been taken care of on Monday instead of 4 days later. I will never go back to Keystone and will never recommend! Not only is your comment rude, it is unprofessional. There is a certain amount of trust going to a Dr. when you have a serious eye issue. There was no consistency in the information given to me! I walked out thinking surgery was the only option. Thankfully, I used the option of a second opinion so I was more comfortable with the next steps ahead of me. BTW I do not have cataracts or glaucoma! Prior to responding, as I am sure you will, I would strongly suggest you use your words carefully! This is a public post and other patients may see this and not bother coming to your office.

Dr. Peter's took very good care of me. He corrected my messed up prescription from a commercial eye dr. He took his time with my exam, and really made sure that the strength of my prescription was perfect. I am so grateful for his attention to detail. Thank you Dr. Peters
