I recently had ICL surgery to correct my vision performed by Dr. SuDeep Pramanik and had a fantastic experience. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for me and even when I had a minor post surgery issue he came in after hours to make sure I was okay and gave me a personal number to follow up with any more problems. He even had another doctor who underwent the surgery themselves call me to discuss the experience. I'm so appreciative of him and his staff for all their help and kindness through this journey and I'm over joyed by the results. By far the best doctor experience I've had in the medical world and wish I could get my vision corrected again just so I can go back to have him as my doctor. I would recommend Dr. Pramanik and his staff 10 out of 10 times.

Our son was a patient,until Sudeep Primanik,no longer wanted to see him. Our son has cornea surgery and was told by Dr primanik that he should feel fortunate that he has the gift of the cornea which he got as a result of parents losing their 16 yr old son. Very grateful,but he made us feel like we weren't even worth the time as it took him so long to do it and he is very rude to us and walked out of the room several times to see other patients and we had been there since 7:30 and ended up leaving at almost 10. Now we have to search for another specialist because his other eye has to be done 6 months. Staff is friendly. Just not this Dr. Primanik I have filed a complaint in my hometown against this Dr

Lobby view is of elderly patients falling asleep while waiting to be seen. Long wait times once in the exam room too. Friendly staff when you finally see them. Dr. Bell is very kind. Describes her office as bursting from the seams with patients.
