Although I have not yet had the opportunity to visit your facility, Tiffany provided exceptional assistance during our phone conversation. Recognizing the need for an eye examination and new eyewear after a considerable period, I was uncertain about my insurance coverage. Tiffany investigated my policy, providing comprehensive details regarding coverage, co-payment amounts, and even offered a valuable personal recommendation favoring anti-glare lenses over transition shades. We also live a great distance away and she informed me about a closer facility in West York.

The exam itself was fine. My concern is with the billing. For the past three years, I've gone to a different MyEyeDr location and received the same procedures. This year, I chose this location purely for convenience, but I was charged nearly double for those same services. Additionally, the charges that were explained to me when I arrived were lower than what I ultimately paid. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. Follow up: I received email from their social media person, and haven't heard back. Yet they responded to this review saying that they haven't heard from me.

Customer service when calling for my appointment was excellent. Technician before the exam was great. Dr. Guilford was personable, informative and very professional, would highly recommend. HOWEVER glasses selection with Marilyn was an abysmal experience. She was so focused on marketing the special that she was not attentive to my needs, and became so flustered and rude, I left disgusted with the entire experience. Nonetheless I would return, I'd just skip picking out products and get my glasses online.

Just came back from a very pleasant visit to our office at York Marketplace. I've been going here at this location pretty much since it opened. Through the years, my family and I have gotten top-notch service and reasonable prices. We've had minor issues with eyeglasses and they've always been taken care off. Just brought back a pair of eyeglasses with a minor delamination issue....the glasses were slightly out of the warranty period. Guess what? They are gonna take care of it. I've read some of the negative reviews and I wasn't there.....maybe some of the complaints are warranted, maybe some aren't. All I know that I was in retail for 40 years and when I had a good regular customer....they *always* got taken care of. Sometimes you have got to be a good customer to get the service you're expecting.

Place is ridiculous! Had to pay a $44 Virtual fee because the doctor is too lazy to come to work? If this is the case it should be made aware to all customers when setting the appointment! What a joke. Never coming here again and I will make sure none if my friends or family will either. I'd rather see a real Doctor!

The service and team are very polite and welcoming. My family and I are always welcomed and are comfortable. The My Eye Dr. Team on the East End of York on E. Market Are Great People. Each and every visit is always full with cheer, good spirited individuals who show love and care for their clients/patients Thank You and God Bless All Of You!

Exceptional care today. A routine eye exam for my daughter took an unexpected turn, and the Dr and staff could not have been more thorough, thoughtful and compassionate- all while providing answers. So thankful for the team today! This will be my trusted eye care moving forward.

Salesman was super pushy even though I had made a point that I have 20/20 vision and I just needed glasses to see at night. After telling her three times that I wasn't interested in anything but the basic frames and lenses, she finally got the point after talking to her manager about it for 10 minutes. The appointment was on 9/30, and currently it is 10/18 and I've yet to have any sort of update on my glasses. I keep being told they are being processed, but yet they ordered the wrong lenses and can't give me a rough date of when I should receive them. I don't recommend this location whatsoever.
