Dr Seema Khanna has been the most incredible eye Dr from whom I have ever received care. Dealing with multiple eye problems, especially as I age, she has handled every issue with incredible fluidity and sensitivity!! She has shown an amazing ability to identify issues and efficiently get them under control! Her treatment of me with compassion, professionalism and respect will keep me as a very grateful patient!!

I just wanted to give a big thank you to Jenn. She was absolutely wonderful and so patient with my son. My 10 year old son had anxiety about needing glasses so this visit was hard on him. Jenn was patient, calm, and kind. Thank you for your help!

I have gone to the MyEyeDr website and downloaded my prescription. ALL PRESCRIPTIONS ARE BLANK!! There is no information other than the form itself. Why do they make it difficult to get a simple prescription online? It's not rocket science. MyEyeDr did reach out. They have excellent customer service.

From the two girls at the front desk, to the Dr assistant , Dr Miller, to the assistant manager that help me check out, everyone was very nice and pleasant to work with! I fell like they all listened to my needs and was explained everything in great details! I highly recommend Eastern Blvd My Eye Dr!

This was an awesome experience! MyEyeDr has a location within walking distance of my home, but after several poor experiences at THAT location, and receiving a recommendation from a family family, I drove 30 minutes out of my way come here. I was honestly blown away by the difference in customer service - truly 5 Star! From the front desk staff who greeted/checked me in, to Dr. Miller, to my "fitting specialist"...friendly, courteous, professional, and timely! It was LESS than 60 minutes from the time I walked through the front door until I walked out, and I couldn't be happier! I will keep coming back!

My appointment was fine but Im disappointed in the wait for my glasses. My appointment was on 12/8 , I was told 2 weeks . Now they won't be ready til after jan 5th. I will probably go elsewhere next time, do better.

If I could rate a 0 I definitely would! Took 50 minutes passed his appointment time for my husband to be seen when there was like 2 other people in the office. Then took 30 minutes for him to be helped after the exam when again nobody was there!! Completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Ridiculous!

I use to come to this place under different management, and it was extremely good at just about everything but that's not the case or at least my experience. They could not tent my glasses and do a progressive Lynne the same time, as the old place did. The day I was told you pick up my glasses came and my glasses were not in then when I went to pick them up it was like here you go no adjustment or anything. If this is how it is I'll look in to just having someone like ok at my eyes and getting my script then going online to get my glasses. 2/21/24 maybe it was the day, the location or person I drove over the white street location in west York, all the issues I had were addressed by Kelley. And in a prompt fast professional manner. I'll be changing my location today. Once more my respect has been restored I give her and this location 5 stars
