I had a great experience at this eye doctor's office, and a big reason was the store manager, Daniella. She is professional, friendly, and incredibly organized. Daniella made the entire process smooth--from check-in to helping with questions about options and insurance. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was remembered and explained clearly. You can tell she runs the office efficiently and sets a positive tone for the whole team. Highly recommend this location, especially with Daniella managing it.

I walked in and stood at the front desk waiting to be helped for a few minutes. The receptionist returned but did not acknowledge my presence as she sat at her desk, but she did notice the next customer as soon as they walked in. They stood in line behind me. She asked if she could help them. It was like I was invisible. No one greets you so you don't know who to talk to. I continued to wait with my very active toddler until another employee came from the back came to help me pick up my contacts. The technicians in the back have always been very sweet and helpful, seems like the front could use some organization and training.

Wow! While my family has been customers even back to the Weaver Eye clinic days. My recent visit was exceptional to say the least. As soon as I walked in the door I was pleasantly greeted and viewed many customers receiving focused care. I was seated and met with one of the technicians who quickly resolved a small problem I created while setting up the appointment on line. I was then informed of the state of the art care I would be receiving with my in person appointment coupled with virtual support. This was extremely helpful and my expectations were high. From start to finish it was amazing. I felt with both the in house team and the virtual doctors I was their only patient. I said from now on I would be participating in these virtual/in house appointments. It was great. The level of service was amazing. I even met with senior manager and her boss to let them know this was something I would be referring others to participate in. As well as, complements to the entire staff for such a professional and welcoming environment. Everyone should take the opportunity to visit Manchester town center team.

This is an updated review from one that I posted over a week ago. I ordered glasses on Sep 8th. I have made three trips driving from Enola to York in the past two months. The most recent was this Saturday. My first attempt resulted in the wrong lenses, my second was new lenses did not fit. The third was a result of being contacted and told that they were now ready. When I arrived on Saturday they could not locate the glasses. Once they had been located they still had the original lenses from my first visit and the lenses that were sent as a replacement from my second visit. Yes the ones that did not fit. I was told on Saturday that I would be contacted first thing Monday to provide me with an update. Additionally it was mentioned to also provide me with some type of rebate or monetary consideration for my patience. Needless to say I did not receive a call. I can say that the individuals that I spoke with were very polite. However, my frustration with MyEyeDr as a company has compelled me to never use their services again. With my insurance I spent $600 out of pocket and have made three 80 min round trips. I trust that others receive better service.

After my fourth pair of glasses at my third office, I am convinced I will remain a customer. Stylish and affordable frames at reasonable prices. Accurate prescriptions and plenty of available customizations for the protection of the glasses and better ability to use them. I actually enjoyed my digital optician experience and appreciate the inclusion of technology to keep things moving when the offices are very busy. I love everything about the online scheduling tool and how easy making my appointment was and being able to get notifications about the arrival of my glasses via text and email. I also had absolutely delightful service folks, even if the waits at times were longer then I would have wished. We'll definitely be back.

I recently purchased new lenses and frames at one of your West York stores and this morning was at Select PT also in West York and noticed the frames were not sitting straight. Immediately after my PT appointment, I went to your almost next door location. The receptionist immediately took my glasses and made an adjustment that alleviated the problem. Thank you!

Always a nice experience getting my glasses. Very different as well as appts are also done over video call but still a great experience.
