I was in on Friday 01/09/26 around 5:30pm, and it was such a pleasant experience. The 3 ladies that were working were so friendly and really went out of their way to help me get a pair of glasses. With my insurance they didn't know if they accepted it or not, but they made phone calls and really did everything they could to get an answer for me. And when it came back that it was accepted they helped me every step of the way to get me a new pair of glasses. I would not hesitate to come in again. I've been coming to vision works for years and I must say this was the best experience I had in a very long time. They have a great group of very friendly young women that made my whole time there spectacular. Not to mention, fast as well. They didn't waste no time! Had me in and out!

In store staff was friendly and professional. My appointment was timely and I feel like the exam was pretty thorough. I did not really like the fact that there was no optometrist in the store. I did not realize that the doctor's portion of the exam would be an automated process and then the doctor would join virtually. I think that a virtual appointment is fine, but you should tell people ahead of time. I would have preferred an actual in person visit.

Did not feel like I was there for an exam. Felt so welcomed and inviting. Pam was really nice and and professional and really took care of me. The associate and I cannot remember her name for the life of me , (taller with glasses , great smile and super sweet ,cute and charismatic ) was very professional, went above and beyond and was just all around super helpful and attentive to me as a new patient. Would recommend to anyone in need of eye care.
