Doctor was friendly, as were most of the staff members. Most of the staff was helpful and offered assistance in any way they could!
There are is a staff member or two who I found to be very unapproachable. They seemed very short/snippy, and seemed kind of annoyed by my presence. Their attitude just seemed very poor and like they could possibly use a refresher course on what providing acceptable customer service looks like.

My glasses are not even a year old and all the girls kept telling me is that they were scratched. I have transitioned lens and the lens looks like it is wearing off. They did not even take the time to look up my information to see how old they were. They truly don't stand behind their products!

They are very nice especially Sharon and Heather that work there. My eye exam went good with Sharon then I saw dr malave he seems nice everything was very good experience clean place and they take care of you right away . They make you feel comfortable there . I recommend this place. Oh don't go to vision works they are very disorganized and dirty place they don't wipe down the eye exam after every use. Walmart vision center does

As the result of a physical attack, my glasses were smashed to pieces. I couldn't find a single location that could take me in for an exam until December or even January. I cannot see without glasses.
Walmart (located in York, PA 17408) scheduled me the morning after I called. Initially, there was an issue with my insurance (that was resolved within minutes by the receptionist.) I was then taken in for an exam and received contacts to get me by until my glasses are prepared. I am very grateful for that.
I then had a lovely conversation with Barry (a "Jewish kid from New Jersey," as he claimed.) We discussed Quantum Leap and good, classic music. It was an absolute delight after the awful night I had.
I was able to pick out my frames, pay for everything, and be on my way without any fuss.
I am very appreciative of the staff for their friendliness, professionalism, and conversation. I recommend this location and will return.

I stopped in just to look at frames. I must say I have never had an employee come up to me and had picked out a couple of frames that she said would look good on me. Sharon done a better job in picking the frames for me then what I would had picked. When I came back with my prescription Sharon was on break. But Caroline stepped up and was so helpful and great. You don't get that kind of service at the store on the east side of town. Thanks Sharon and Caroline.
