WellSpan Eye Center - York

I love going to the WellSpan Eye Center located at 25 Monument Street, Suite 297, York, PA 17403. The employees at the reception desk/area are always polite and helpful. Waiting to be seen by my ophthalmologist (Colleen M. Rae-Jenkins, who is an exceptional physician, kind and caring) -- one of the nurse assistants will call the patient's name and walk them to the physician's office -- one of these assistants is "Brook." She is always polite and eager to do her job in a professional manner. If a patient is nervous or worried, as Brook does her job, she takes time to make the patient feel at ease. Anyone seeking eye treatment should consider making an appointment at WellSpan Eye Center here. You will be welcomed with a smile which adds a calm and pleasant atmosphere. It is always a wonderful experience. I give Brook 5 stars for excellence.

Terrible customer service. Just because your closing the office does not mean you ignore a patient who is having constant drainage from eye and tell me there is nothing you can do. I called in last Friday when Dr P was supposed n office and had to call again the following Wednesday. I can see why this office is closing!

Very rude receptionist
