Everybody there is so polite and patient and explains every procedure they're doing step by step. This was 1st time there and would definitely recommend!

I've been going here for a long time but you always have to wait forever to see the doctor so I finally started taking the first appointment. He Doesn't even get to the office until an hour or so after his first appointment. . I'm actually sitting waiting for him right now. Appt. Time 830 it is 930 and he's still not here. He has a room full of patients waiting for him right now. Girls are nice in the office. That's it!!... 1015.... Still waiting and this is only for a glasses recheck!

Sent me an invoice a year after being seen despite already providing a copay. The invoice said I was late with payment even though I had already given my initial copay and had not received any other invoices prior reflecting an owed balance. Recently I have been sent follow up invoices with some additional online charge that I never consented to on top of the other owed balance. They also don't offer a convenient way to pay their scam additional charges you don't agree to.

Have been using this place for years! My daughter who is 9 also loves coming here and has been coming here since she was 5. Everyone is friendly and very nice! Also have never had any issues with my glasses or prescription.

Wow, I have never had such a positive experience with an optical office before. Not only was the receptionist, Sherrie, patient and understanding, but she was incredibly kind to me when I was having trouble (outside of the office's control) with an appointment. By far the best customer service I have received at a doctor's office, or any service I've received from personal experience. Thank you so much for extending such consideration to us.

The main office looked nice and everyone that saw us seemed polite.. BUT that's why you don't judge a book by its cover. They sit you in a room and forget about you. You'll never be seen if you don't go back out and get somebody. We arrived on time for our appt. and waited over an hour in a filthy room, and then as soon as we said something, someone immediately came back. What were they doing? The place is a mess and it's like everyone just rolled out of bed with no passion. Something is really off here. This establishment seems to have stopped caring. It's really unfortunate.

I went there for cataracts in June 2024. By July 10th I was ready to schedule the surgery but was told dr Bene lost his surgical center n was looking for a new one and it should a a couple of weeks. After a mo th of waiting n not hearing anything i called n was told the same thing but the staff refused to give me anymore information. In September I called back n was told he found a new surgical center n thcamp hill n would star scheduling surgeries by the end of the mo th. I waited another month without a word and made the decision to go to another practice. I went into the office to get my records in Octo er 2024 and was told it wasn't their fault that I waited 3 mo the but they didn't have a surgical center. When I told them that a staff member advised that they had found a new site in Camp Hill. I was told that I was wrong n they didn't have anew surgery center. My eye s have have gotten so bad I can no longer see out of one eye n I can't read anything. I am now getting headaches daily from straining to see. I have never had a doctors office be so neglectful towards patients. They did not keep me informed at all on their own. I had to make the effort to call them. The wait times for appointments were very long . They didn't call me back to my 1st appointment for over an hour of my actual scheduled time. I will never use this practice again n will never recommend them to anyone. Absolutely horrible business practice.
