Wonderful service by Jen. We're visitors to the Gold Coast and my daughter's glasses needed an urgent nose pad replacement. Jen replaced it in no time, took care to adjust the posts and finally refused payment. Thank you so much for your help and generosity. Very grateful.

I brought in my bent glasses for repair, and this shop was amazing! Super helpful, quick service, and the staff were really friendly and genuinely wanted to help. The store is clean, has lots of options, and the prices are great. Definitely recommend this place!

When I was unable to attend t the store during business hours to collect my new glasses, Nissa , met me outside of hours and delivered and fit my new glasses for me. I could not be more grateful. Excellent practice with attentive helpful staff. The manager clearly has a deep and comprehensive knowledge of his craft, and made really great recommendations to me, and came in at a very affordable price. I am very happy with the service and the product. I'll be back for sure.

Extremely rude customer service at the reception. I specifically made time and arrived for a booked appointment (mind you, no confirmation call was receieved) from work, an hour and a half away, however got delayed by their underground carpark trolley situation and could only arrive at the store 10 minutes late. The man behind the counter was abrupt, rude and behaved in a belittling manner because of the 10 minute delay without giving me ( the customer) a chance to explain the situation, whilst their other reception staff stared. I missed my appointment and they wasted my time. My family member has once waited at the same store 45 minutes for an appointment and no apology was even made by the staff about the delay in service however very contradictory behaviour when the tables are turned. Would not return or recommend this store.

After visiting every optical store in Australia Fair I made the decision to purchase from The Optical Superstore because Christine, the Manager, gave me the best information, service and support. I am also very happy with my new glasses.
