I had an excellent experience at Eyeconic Southport. Julia was very professional during my eye check and took the time to explain everything clearly and simply. Afterwards, I was helped by Elissa (I hope I'm spelling that correctly), who went above and beyond to help me choose the right frame -- she even ordered in a few extra options so I could be sure of my choice. The whole process felt personal and genuine. They also have a fantastic selection of frames, from Oliver Peoples and Tom Ford to Moscot. Overall, a great experience -- I'll definitely be returning for any future needs. Thank you, Eyeconic team!

I don't review often, but I had to for Eyeconic Optometry I felt extremely welcomed by all staff, and my optometrist Henriette was wonderful! My report to send off to a specialist was also completed within the hour, no need for follow ups or waiting for days. This is a business that deserves recognition for their outstanding customer service and attentiveness

They care. A lot. It's genuine. The equipment, the amazing team and suberb results are amazing. My 15 yrs of wearing glasses changed overnight when I become a client at Eyeconic Optometry. The staff culture is amazing. Henrietta listened to me and gave suggestions on how to set up my office to solve my optical problems. Kat worked with me patiently and professionally help me choose the right frame. I changed to Eyeconic from a big name franchise brand cos i was not happy with the sausage factory, pressure sales approach, and unsatisfactory result. Eyeconic is a proper business, focused on solution first, sales last. Thank you so much. It's wonderful to be understood, not pressured, and to have my vision problem solved first go.

Celia is an exceptional professional..her attention to detail and communication skills are excellent. Highly recommend Eyeconic to any prospective customers. Well worth the 45 km drive from my home. Celia Bloxsom has been my optometrist for over 10 years, and I would never consider changing. Her professional, yet warm and relaxed style, together with her comprehensive knowledge of her role ensures I always feel in safe hands, which is paramount as I have quite 'challenging' eyes which are tricky to prescribe. Just as important is the team's customer service and after sale service which is extraordinary - they always welcome any feedback or concerns and nothing is ever too much trouble including tweaking/changing lenses or frames if they aren't quite right. If you are looking for top service and a fantastic outcome I can strongly recommend Celia and her welcoming and professional team for a memorable experience.
