I would like to thank Dr Walker and the whole team for my cataract surgery. The entire process was excellent from start to finish. Before the operation, my vision was very poor and I couldn't read properly. Now, I can see clearly and read all the letters without difficulty. The surgery went smoothly, and I had no problems with recovery. I'm truly amazed by the care and service I received. Highly recommend!

I recently had cataract removed on both eyes by Dr Allbon and to say I am overwhelmed with the results is an under statement. My initial visited was extremely thorough with numerous tests being conducted at the surgery with an array of modern equipment by very competent and respectful staff. During the consultation with the Doctor I found him to so caring and professional and offering understandable processes with options that would be required. I agreed to a multi-functioned implants to both eyes which would be carried out together. I later attended Pacific Private and again the staff at this hospital could not have been better. During the operation Dr Allbon was constantly explaining his actions and reassuring me on the progress. Upon leaving the hospital I was totally amazed on the improvement and this has continued to progress each day, this being day 8. Doctor has assured me there will still be some improvement to come. Currently I am able to read the contents on my mobile, watch TV and see long distance 100% better than before. I have no hesitation is recommending Dr Allbon and Staff of Outlook Eye Specialist and Pacific Private Hospital.

My optometrist recommended Dr Walker and I couldn't have been happier with my care. I can see!! No more cataracts. The care I received in both the hospital and the rooms were second to none. A great doctor with a thorough and streamlined treatment system. Highly recommend!

Overall my experience with Dr Walker was positive. I was well informed and I felt I had time to think over my options. Clear instructions post surgery and vision has improved significantly. Thorough review and great optometrist at post surgical appointments.

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The old receptionist was rude and made us feel uncomfortable, as if helping us was an inconvenience, and she was unable to answer basic questions. In addition, the appointment itself felt very rushed, which further detracted from the overall experience.

Our experience with this clinic was not so great. As a patient, making an effort to seek medical support because the pain bothering you, you might want at least little bit empathy. I am not giving 1 star because at least the receptionist was super nice and helpful, however very poor choice of words from the optometrist. I am so disappointed.

Amazing service, support and care. I could not ask for better. I have just had cataract surgery on both eyes and I am elated by the care and support I received. It is a very convenient place to go in the health precinct at Southport. There is parking. The team is terrific. I can't say enough good things about this business and the people. Outstanding team work!
