Not AS friendly as I expected but I went for my first check up here a couple years ago for my sight. I got my eyes checked ended up needed glasses and got a free pair, as well with my coverage it's a well put together practice.
Very educated and nice eye doctor she was. I will be going back and staying here as a patient.

I was pleasantly pleased-this doctor is extremely dedicated to any eye condition- this was the most professional assessments I have received from a optometrist! In addition, to a visual test, my eyes were dilated, pressure checked, retinas photographed and checked. And, she took the time to explain everything! Wow!
I greatly appreciated the time spent with my eye evaluation! Above and beyond what I've normally received!
I also found her staff, friendly and helpful with Follow-up calls later. Thank you!

Dr Anderson provides excellent service in a small bit well equipped office. Her exams are unhurried and thorough. She explains, as we view large pictures of my eyes that look like outer space, the good, bad, and ugly. I trust her to provide guidance for my sight more than many previous providers.

Had a wonderful experience here with Dr. Anderson and her very friendly and patient receptionist! I had a bad script from another ophthalmologist who barely took the time to apparently use the machinery properly, but Dr. Anderson was incredibly thorough, took the time to get to know me and my health history, and to do the eye exam. Bonus: she has the latest in eye exam technology so I got a look at photos she took of the backs of my eyes; she took the time to explain what everything was in the photo, and helped me understand a mysterious eye issue I had been having that my primary doctor was unsure of. Five stars hands down; definitely found mine and my husband's new eye doctor! Thanks so much Dr. Anderson!

Dr. Anderson's prescriptions are exacting, but customer service can be spotty.
Having had great luck for several years, I recommended the practice to my wife and two of my friends. Unfortunately, all had bad experiences making appointments, getting copies of prescriptions, or receiving notification when to pick up glasses. Undeterred (but not inclined to recommend anymore) I recently went back for an updated prescription, glasses, and contacts fitting. More than six weeks later, I'm stuck with faulty glasses, no contacts, and no written prescription. After three attempts and an odd string of miscommunication about appointments, supposed voicemail messages from the practice (without any record). and complete disinterest to help, I give up. Hopefully you fare better, I know it's possible, but be prepared for some frustration.

The people at Barrington Eye Center took the initiative to ask the contact supplier to send me a replacement package free of charge without me having to do anything. I just wanna give advice to who tries to come here. Because the front desk lady, she's not friendly. She's very rude and also the doctor's not pleasant. I would never come here again with my kids. She Flipped flip us off like I said. No respect that's too bad.
