I have a 15 year old Troy Built snow blower that broke during the storm last week. The auger cable snapped so it wouldn't throw snow. I ordered a new cable on line and it arrived about a week later. When I tried to do the repair I managed to disassemble remove and replace the cable but something was wrong and the cable seemed to be too long. I was about to call it quits and just buy a new one. Not that they're available. I went on line and found that Eagle Eye was close by and when I called someone actually answered the phone. It was Tyler the owner. I explained to him what happened and he said that he would come by today or tomorrow. I thought "that's it, I'm not going to hear from this guy", but was surprised that he did call me and came to my house that afternoon. He quickly took apart the shroud and rerouted the cable the correct way and fixed it. It took about 15 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and I reasonably priced. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs repairs.
