I had such a wonderful experience at ClearView! It's always so nerve-wracking to see new doctors, but I walked in and was greeted by a polite and friendly front desk worker. I didn't catch his name, but he was so helpful. The atmosphere is very clean and tidy! Dr. Chan has such a warm, gentle, and kind presence! Dr. Chan is attentive when you speak, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I was nervous about my first eye exam in a few years and she made my experience great. She asked me plenty of questions to be able to provide me the best care based upon my needs, and even shared some recommended products. I highly recommend Dr. Chan!

I was seen by Dr. Chan in late December, 2023 during her soft opening and was impressed by her knowledge and patient explanation of her state of the art equipment. Importantly, I learned that my lenses need to be adjusted, which will occur as part of a followup visit. The building is nicely designed and spacious. In addition, there is ample parking negating street parking and the location is very convenient. As part of this visit, the retail component was not yet setup, but I look forward to a followup visit in a few weeks to checkout options for glasses and will update this review.
Update: I had my followup visit and enjoyed browsing the retail section, which has a great selection of frames (brands and styles). I selected blue ECO frames and was assisted in picking "progressive lenses" allowing me to both read books/text and also see at distance (which I don't need a prescription). I also got magnetic clip-on sunglasses so I can read comfortably in bright sun :) See photos...
I enjoyed the shopping experience and was helped by knowledgeable and friendly staff.
