Vision Care at the Brown Center

I absolutely love going here!! On my recent visit was greeted by Kyle whom I absolutely love! He made me feel welcome and made my day, I always enjoy my visits with Dr. Santos! And last but not least had the best laughs picking out my glasses with "T". I had amazing service today which is something that is few and far between!! Thanks guys!!

I had an excellent experience at this eye doctor's office from start to finish. The office is clean, welcoming, and very well organized. A special shoutout to Kyle at the front desk--Kyle was friendly, and incredibly helpful with scheduling, insurance questions, and making the entire visit run smoothly. His positive attitude truly set the tone for a great experience. Angela and Dr. St. Frank provided exceptional care. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service!

I came here because I had broken my glasses and I suffer from migraines without them. I called and got an appointment the same day. Every single person in that establishment was so kind and understanding. The doctor explained my current status with my vision and made me feel safe. She offered so much help. And the lady who helped me choose my glasses and the one who adjusted them for me when I came to pick them up were absolutely fantastic. It feels good to know that these ladies love what they do! Thank you so much for all your help and for guiding me towards the perfect pair of glasses! I wish I can give this place 10 stars. HIGHLY recommend

AMAZING SERVICE. I was looking for a new optometrist and i was referred do DR brown and i could not be happier. the whole team was very accommodating and i was able to get a late appoints (7PM) which helps fit my busy schedule, besides that the facility is very modern and all the equipment is state of the art. DR brown is extremely through and efficient . I am very thankful for the whole team at the brown center and i am glad i found my life long optometrist

We were greeted by Kyle, who was the kindest and most helpful person you could ask for. Our optician, Tanaya, is hands-down the best at her job. She went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed and genuinely cared about our satisfaction. We need more people like Tanaya and Kyle--they made our entire visit that much better. Thank you both again for an amazing day for my son and I. Highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience. After spending nearly two hours measuring and selecting frames, the salesperson repeatedly pressured me to choose very expensive glasses in order to use my insurance discount. When I chose a more affordable option, I was told the glasses would be ordered and that I would receive a call. After four weeks of calling the office and being told I would be contacted, I finally went in person only to learn that my glasses were never ordered. I was given unclear excuses and asked to place the order again and wait even longer. I declined and decided to take my business elsewhere. I expected better communication and professionalism.

Dr. Ramirez was incredible for both myself and my daughter. Kyle at the front desk was absolutely the best to work with. He answered all of my questions and helped me with everything needed for both my daughter and I. He was patient and kind.

At my appointment today, I met Kyle at the front desk and he was super energetic, friendly, and helpful. If u came in down, he will definitely brighten ur day.
