Dr. Daygle has a great bedside manner, gave me the most through eye exam I ever had in my 69 years of my life. From Donna at the front desk, to Lili the doctors assistant and Melissa the optician are all perfectionist who also have a great demeanor. I would highly recommend anyone to do business here. I am a forever patient and am grateful for this phenomenal experience.

Doctor D and her assistant are thorough and on point. It was a great appointment. The challenge has been they charged my healthcare as opposed to my VisionCare card and I am unable to get them to change that. I pay premium for VisionCare so that cost are reduced and there are to be no co-pays. In this case all charges were routed to my Healthcare card,resulting in copay.

I had the best experience at Smithfield Eye and Optical. Everyone was nice, attentive and welcoming. They were easy to talk to. I especially like the new doctor, Dr Daigle. She listened to my concerns with my prescription and test out many different lenses to find the correct one that worked for my eyes. It was refreshing to find a doctor that genuinely cares about their patients and listens to their concerns. I hope this new team is here to stay!

I've had great experiences at Smithfield Eye & Optical. I was there today to pick up my new glasses. Donna greated me warmly and efficiently when I arrived. She gave my glasses to me and made sure they felt right and I could see clearly. Melissa was also great . She was patient, friendly and helped me with questions I had. I highly recommend them.

Had my 1st Complete Comprehensive Eye Exam with dilation an all that goes with my appointment here yesterday an it was a Great Appointment an loved the staff as they were very nice an helpful an office was so clean an very nice too. Loved my new Eye Dr D'Angelo. She was very sweet an did a very nice exam an loved the comfy Exam chair an the eye health Exam was very different but liked it lots an loved that the Dr helped me lots too with keeping my eye open an all too an can not wait for my next Complete Comprehensive Eye Exam with dilation an all that goes with my appointment too

Visited today with my father. They take walk ins and were able to book us a very last minute appointment. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The wait was relatively short. Emily was great and took time to explain each step, narrating as she went along so we knew exactly what was happening. She was very cheerful, efficient and informative. The doctor was also very efficient and overall we were very pleased.
