Dr. Lewis was fantastic. I would highly recommend her. It had been a while since I had a complete exam, and she was thorough and explained each step in the process. She has a gentle manner about her, and I think she would be excellent for children. Cannot say enough of nice things!!!

Been trying to make an appointment for literally days. I call and it just sits on the hold tone. Once I finally got someone and was put on hold by her and they never picked me back up... I will encourage everyone I know to stay away and leave a bad review.

I chose the Johnston office as it is close to home. The staff I dealt with while there were great! Dr. Lewis is awesome!! She is extremely thorough and so down to earth. She really makes you feel at ease and explains everything. I will definitely be making all of my future eye appointments with her.

I just left an emergency appointment where I was treated by Dr. Lewis. I have never encountered a more caring doctor. She discussed my condition, possible differential diagnoses as well as signs/symptoms to be on the lookout for and what to do if any pop up. I felt so comforted leaving. Highly recommend Dr. Lewis.

Watch out as I got charged more than I should have 3 out of 4 times I've been there over the past 3 years! they pretend it's a mistake but they keep using this strategy of sending small bills so that people will just pay them to avoid the aggressive reminders. Always check the charges with your insurance. Dr. Scharff is *wonderful* but I can't deal with the dishonesty of the staff.
