I had a fantastic first experience at Optx and will definitely be returning annually. Marlen is wonderful. Her great sense of humor made choosing new frames effortless and enjoyable. She's knowledgeable, honest, and has an excellent eye. She also took her time to carefully adjust my glasses when I came back to pick them up. I'll only be asking for Marlen from now on!

A sincere thank you beginning with such a caring group before my procedures...most especially Jessica (wish I could make a smile emoji) and Christine who puts us all at ease during visits and Nurse Stephanie...and Anesthetist Anthony in the surgical unit - all priceless. And now Dr. Diamante...gratitude is not a strong enough word to share his nationally known expertise and how lucky we are in RI and surrounding areas to benefit by his gift of restoring sight. He listens, he cares and is there when you are truly ready for these life-changing procedures. Honestly, it is like speaking to a family member about your vision because Dr. Diamante makes you feel at home. It's your vision - go to the best. It is stated on OPTX that is a privilege for allowing THEM to service all our eye care needs. I say it is a privilege for US having this team and Dr. Diamante.

Nice place but I felt like a number and not a person needing help finding eyewear. Just not personable to me. I broke my glasses bad and needed a new pair asap. They helped me get new glasses but I paid for it. Also, when I went to pick them up they wanted me to sit and wait my turn. They knew I was wearing glasses with only one lense and I paid in full when I ordered them. There were 4 people in front of me waiting to see an optometrist or worker. I demanded my glasses right then and they continued to ask me to sit and wait. I raised my voice and demanded my glasses. I got my glasses and will not go back there again. Nice looking business with people who don't put the customers needs first.

Lisa was amazing- extremely kind and helpful picking out my glasses. Was informational and gave great advice on frames and lenses. Found a great pair and am very happy with the service. Thank you Lisa!!!

I wouldn't recommend going here for sunglasses repairs, sales person tried to gaslight me into believing that RAYBAN no longer makes polarized lenses for aviator and clubmaster frames, which iykyk these are 2 of RAYBANs most popular styles. Told me she couldn't guarantee a fit for the other non polarized lenses she guessed would maybe fit and the almost $100 guesswork lenses would not be refundable if they weren't a correct fit!?! Felt weird to me that RAYBAN wouldn't make polarized lenses for their most popular models so got home went on the RAYBAN site and found both pairs of replacement lenses in about 5 minutes, exact pair exact model and exact color #. So either this sales person was just lazy and incompetent or she was trying to get me to purchase brand new glasses instead of repairing the ones I already have. Zero confidence these people know what they're talking about.

I had a fantastic experience at OPTX! I was in need of next day glasses and they went above and beyond to help me. Lisa answered my call and assisted me in-store; she was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They managed to have my glasses ready the same day I called to inquire if this would be possible! They also have a great selection of frames, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and professional. I highly recommend OPTX for anyone looking for excellent service and quality eyewear.

If you are afraid of surgery....you DO NOT have to be with OPTX. Dr. Diamanta is the most caring person! His staff is unbelievable. They can not do enough for you. I never felt a thing and the procedure was super fast. Call Dr. D!!!!!

Tyler was absolutely fabulous! He was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to help me find the perfect pair of frames that truly suited my face, and I never felt rushed.
