Eyes on Lincoln

I'm not typically inclined to write reviews but this place was wonderful. Even though they're not strictly a pediatric practice, you would never know it they were absolute pros with my toddler. The technician was so sweet and patient, literally turned the whole exam into a little game so my child actually had fun. The doctor was just as kind, even when my kid was having her full toddler meltdown. Never once felt rushed or judged. Check-in was super warm and welcoming, and the optical team even helped our child pick out the cutest pair of glasses. If you've got little ones or you're just looking for a new eye doctor who treats you like a real human being, I HIGHLY recommend this place.

I went in for an annual appointment, which was efficient and overall fine. I looked at some glasses and told the optometrist clerk I didn't want to spend any money out of pocket and just wanted to get something covered by my insurance. She said she understood and then took me to a rack to pick out some options that were covered. After sitting back down, she tried to upsell every option to me. I declined them, and then was still met by a $110 quote on my way out. There are signs everywhere saying "no refunds", which did not inspire my confidence in the quality of their craftsmanship. I can get 5 pairs of similar quality glasses online for less money and be met with better customer service with return options, so I'll be doing that. During my short thirty minute visit, the phone was ringing off the hook, calls were going unanswered, and another customer was in the lobby literally crying in frustration over having had such terrible experiences with the office. I had a similar experience with this office last year and will likely be taking my business elsewhere in the future, which is a shame because again, the tech and doctor seemed knowledgeable and efficient.

Came in here for my girlfriend initially and ended up making them my primary go to place! They got me in way better glasses for my face, got my perception right because the last place absolutely did not, oh and prices were amazing!

Do not buy glasses from them they do not last. My safety glasses that transitions to sunglasses are the worst ever. Even though I used the cloth given they are scratched after 1 year. They are so heavy they leave indents on my nose. After a week the arm fell off had to wait two months to get them back. Never again. Oh they will call you at least a 1/2 dozen times to either reschedule your appointment or confirm. Received a voice mail today stating that I threw this establishment under the bus that they don't understand because they replaced my glass and frame for free. Not true they were under warranty I only had them a week before the arm fell off just wow. And to leave a message like that the person calling me left just made me happy I moved on to another establishment that cares about their patient's. I did call the person back and received their voice mail and asked that they don't call me again. The response on this review see you next year. Just wow. Look at these safety glasses just 1 year old. The glass towel doesn't work it scratches. My husband's glasses are just as bad.

Top-notch experience at my new eye doctor's office! The receptionist staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease and Trey helped me choose a pair. The doctor was thorough and explained everything clearly. Huge selection of stylish glasses to choose from, and the prices were competitive. I'm excited to try my new glasses.

Great place! The whole staff is super polite and never makes me feel silly when asking questions. :)

Would not recommend this place, could not get my glasses script correct after several adjustments still not right. Was finally given a refund..now they will not put in order for my glasses..not as if this was my fault, both dr's had differant thoughts and none of the changes worked. hmmmm great customer service. So time to find a new Dr that can get the script right... they were not that friendly to start so no loss...
