I rarely write reviews but feel I need to acknowledge the superior care and service this office provides. I had never been seen here before but called on Saturday morning with an urgent eye need and they made me an appt for just 15 minutes later. Everyone I interacted with while there was kind, courteous, friendly, and thorough. The provider, Dr. Giraldo, was outstanding, so knowledgeable, and explained everything very well. I will recommend this office to any and everyone. Thank you to the team for providing me with exceptional care and compassion during a difficult time medically.

Not surprised to see others writing in about the slow service. No issues with the doctors themselves, but the staff's organization and communication is deplorable. It's supposedly 7-10 days for my glasses. 3 weeks go by and I call in to see what's happening. There were multiple excuses but I was promised they had put in a new rush order. It's now been 3 weeks later (6 weeks total). They claimed even a rush order takes 7-10 business days and my glasses were "first in line" to be fixed. We're 6+ weeks out from my original appointment and 10+ business days since they put the new "rush" order in. No glasses to be found. They also refuse to answer the phone 9/10 times you call, interrupt you with excuses, and offer no explanation or solution for such a ridiculous situation that is unquestionably their fault. Shameful way to run a business. At minimum there needs to be an apology and recompense. $600 glasses and over 6 weeks of waiting? Absolutely no excuse.

They are an amazing patient centered establishment. Professional, friendly and efficient!

The eye doctors are excellent, but the service was very slow. I had to wait 3 weeks before my new prescription sunglasses arrived. It's supposed to take 7-10 days, according to their policy. I called several times to ask why it was taking so long, but I never received any satisfactory response. Mind you, this was a "rush order" besides. Had I known prior to ordering the glasses, I would have gone to Lens Crafters instead.

I booked my appointment a year ago. Two days before my appointment I get a phone call that they need to cancel the appointment- their schedule has changed. Over the weekend I broke my glasses. Called first thing this morning, left a message. I called a second time this afternoon and was told the earliest they have is end of next month. They then called me at the end of the day because they were able to squeeze me in this week! I greatly appreciate managements effort in ensuring patients are getting the service and help they need.

I love Vision Care Lincoln. The secretary is the nicest, sweetest lady. Very helpful. The doctor is wonderful. He answers all your questions. He spends time with you and listens to you. The time you spend there is not long. It is a wonderful place to deal with your eyes.

Dr Tatiana giraldo is so good and professional and she is so caring if you have pain in your eye, you're going to leave the Clinic with no pain and the front desk luisa monsalve She is so nice she give me the same day appointment. I was in so much pain and I left the clinic with no pain. Best Clinic ever

Terrible, I'm finding a new doctor. They cancelled and rescheduled my annual exam a few times. Then I show up for my appointment and they are running over an hour behind on appointments. I left my time is valuable too.
