Koch Eye Associates North Kingstown

Dr Ireland is always wonderful. But the shout out today goes to Hailey and Chelsea. I brought three pair of glasses that I was told from the place I purchased (LC) that they could not be adjusted.... But low and behold Hailey worked her magic. Chelsea was amazing with information on my coverage as well. These ladies deserve kudos!

I have always found the desk staff, Dr. Ireland, Chelsea and Hailey to be very competent, friendly and willing to help in any way they can. I willing wait a little longer for an appointment at this location rather than go to any of the other offices.

My physician and the staff in this office are wonderful. Helpful, answering questions and offering assistance with insurance needs. The office is clean and runs like clockwork. I had maybe a 10-minute wait. Highly recommend them.

I am incredibly frustrated and deeply disappointed with the service I received at Koch Eye in North Kingstown. While Dr. Ireland has always been fantastic, my recent experiences at this location have been nothing short of a disaster. First, they attempted to charge me $700 for an updated glasses prescription because they claimed they couldn't find my previous appointment records. When trying to remedy this they said my glasses were out of the 2 year warranty, although they were a week within that period. While I understand that my last visit was more complicated due to a case of pink eye, which required me to return a week later to complete the appointment, the handling of this situation was unprofessional and careless. Nevermind the blatantly rude worker in the back who does glasses. Her customer service and tone were horrific. This mistake has resulted in me going without proper vision for most of the year, and I find it completely unacceptable. In an attempt to move forward, I called to confirm my next annual appointment, only to be told there was no record of it in the system. This was despite both my mother and I clearly scheduling it during my previous visit. I am left bewildered by the lack of attention to detail and the countless errors made in their scheduling system. I am unsure whether these issues are connected to the fact that I am now a legal adult, but regardless, these repeated mistakes have severely impacted my care, and I no longer feel confident in this practice. I strongly urge others to reconsider before choosing Koch Eye for their eye care needs.

I have been going to this location for years, So has my wife. The doctors are very good and the staff is always very helpful. Not sure why there was some one star reviews, I think they're very good.

Do not recommend going here. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Impossible to get in contact with anyone. Nobody helps you. Waited over a month for a refund on contacts that they ordered that were wrong. Wrong name on my shipping address. No management at all. I was going back and forth from the office and making calls with no response. Even called Deborah Brodeur the head of customer service and left multiple voicemails without ever getting a call back. Had to call another office to even get any form of help. The incompetence is unreal. Worst experience I've ever had with a healthcare professional. Save yourself the time and never come here.

My husband and I recently visited the optical shop of Koch Eye in South Kingstown. We have been patients of Koch for many years in North Kingstown but were told the selection of glasses was larger in SK. We have always been happy customers of Koch but felt the need to shout out this location and the amazing customer service we received from Hailey. Hailey was The Best optician we have ever worked with in our many, many years of purchasing glasses. She was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to work with. She clearly loves what's she does and it really shows!

Dr Miller and the staff at Koch Eye in North Kingstown are excellent. I highly recommend this office.
