I've been going to Waterman Eye Care for an ongoing issue, and they've been consistently excellent. The staff is caring and professional, and I always feel well taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable, long-term eye care!

Im so happy I found Waterman Eye Care! The doctor was wonderful! Takes his time with you, makes you feel welcome, he sat down with me and made sure to get proper measurements for eye glass fitting. The lady at the front desk was fabulous, I almost felt like I've known her for years.

Dr. Waterman has been my family's eye doctor since we moved to RI in the 1990's. He is not only extremely knowledgeable and thorough, but kind as well. He was always incredibly gentle and patient with our kids when they were little, and treated my ailing elderly father with the utmost dignity. His office staff are also very sweet and always helpful!

Dr. Waterman and his staff are excellent! He's got that hometown doctor feel. He is very knowledgeable and gives you honest options and opinions about your care. He's also great at helping you get the most out of your insurance. I've moved with him when he started this practice so long ago, and never regretted it. :-)

Dr. Waterman and his staff have always been very friendly and welcoming over the several years I have received eye care at their office. The doctor is professional, thorough and has patiently answered questions and discussed my vision needs. The front desk staff has been a big help and flexible with appointment scheduling. They have been willing to explore all avenues of my health plan options regarding possible coverage for Waterman Eye Care services. Also, as an adjunct to his practice, Dr. Waterman has a well stocked optical shop. I've found excellent eye wear over the years and know that Dr. Waterman will insist on glasses being perfect in every way before I leave the office. Dr. Waterman is the BEST!!!. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and a kind and caring person. He is a GREAT doctor for all people, excellent with children and people with special needs. I have been a patient for over 20 years and have NO complaints. Are you in need of a eye doctor or new glasses? Dr. Waterman is the right choice. Waterman Eye Care has a large assortment of frames, many are very reasonably priced. I have recently purchased TWO pairs of eyeglasses for about $200 each, they are fashionable and fit very well. Dr. Waterman and his staff are professional, courteous and clear in their instructions to patients. Dr. Waterman is confident in his diagnoses and I trust him completely. Their selection of frames is adequate but somewhat limited due to space constraints. I highly recommend this practice.
