I actually really like it here! They usually have the lights down just a bit below normal brightness which I think is really nice for an ophthalmologist place where most of us are having our eyes dilated etc. almost every person I've had the pleasure of working with here has been beyond fantastic.
A good convenient spot with usually not too long of a wait time. (Though I did try to call once and the wait time for a call was super long, but it may have been the time in which I chose to call that day) no complaints
I think it's always nice and clean in here and they have a little snack dispense machine outside.
I saw the bad reviews for here are about not having a parking lot. (you shouldn't be driving to and from your ophthalmology appointment..? That doesn't seem legal to do with impaired vision)

Took my mother to see Dr Miller today, she was very nice but waited two hours, that's ridiculous. One of the staff members that examined my mom eyes was very rude, had no patience with her and looked very miserable, very unprofessional, I did complain to the doctor about her. I also work in medical field and I don't act like that with patients.

There is no coordination with the employee if they have a parking lot. If you are the first time patient ask them when you going to your appointment if they have parking lot.it is ridiculous I have to walk far away to park my car and have to pay for park and only limited for 2hrs. It is insane and it was raining.

This office is horrible. Plan on being here for at least 2 hours for your appointment. Every time my husband has a 930 appointment we are here until at least 11, sometimes even 1130. They overbook and just expect their patients to sit around and wait for hours to see a doctor. Horrible patient experience in my opinion. They need a better management team. I 100% will not be coming back here.

This office kept my 80 year old grandmother waiting for nearly 3 hours. She arrived 15 minutes early to her appt. as requested and there were no other patients in the waiting room upon arrival. This is completely unacceptable, inexcusable and unprofessional. I am seeing reviews from other patients stating they had the same experience as well going as far back as 10 mos ago. This reveals to me that this office is disorganized and does not value their patients time. I will be finding her a new eye doctor.

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could! Make an appointment for 10:45am and for what?! It's 1pm and we're still sitting here after seeing one doctor! So you can't be late for your appointment or they will bill you a late fee but you can be here on time and wait around for them!! Mine as well just accept walk ins the way you guys are running this office! For a follow up appointment at that! A 15 minute appointment and you have people waiting around like we have nothing else going on in life!!

As I'm waiting for ma to be seen, there is a woman frantically cleaning everything that anyone touches. I'm comforted at that sight! Ma is also always very well taken care of by Dr Miller, who is clearly amazing, regardless of the fact that she can't speak Spanish directly to her, but she always has someone available! Thank you for all your care!
