The doctor was great. The receptionist was incredibly ignorant and rude to the point that she told me to stop talking (in the waiting room...where myself and grandfather were the only ones there) and then proceeded to make a hand gesture of shutting your mouth at me through the window. I was unaware of the new rule that waiting rooms needing to be silent! good to know! I'm unsure if she thought she could act this way because the patients tend to be from areas that are less fortunate or because I am a young woman, either way, the behavior was disgusting. Seemed like she liked the tiny little amount of power she had being behind a desk and went on a trip with it.
