Westminster Eyecare Associates

They're nice but I think this might be a bit scammy? I've been here twice and both times I think they messed up my prescription. I just had an eye appointment last week and they gave me a lower prescription. When I got my glasses, I compared with glasses I've had for over 2 years (I got the prescription from a different doctor/office) and the new ones I got from Westminster Eyecare Associates are worse for seeing far away than my ones from two years ago! Now I've wasted $120 on glasses that don't work very well. Will not be returning again. EDIT: After writing this Ilse reached out to me to take a look at the new glasses (from Costco) prescription. They were able to pinpoint an issue with the lenses. They changed out my lenses on the same day I brought them in, even thought I didn't purchase them here, and gave me a discount. I'm happy they were able to rectify this issue with the glasses even though they didn't cause it.

I have worn glasses for 25 years. This is the first time I came here back in May ordered contacts and glasses. I received my contacts first when I went to pick up my glasses. I was dumb to think there wouldn't be a problem since I never had one anywhere else. Two weeks later when I finally decide to put them on, they were extremely large and went back to get them corrected and the man they sent out who seems to be the sizing expert put them on some little machine to help it bend then told me my head is kind of thin for the frame and that's pretty much the best it'd be As if I would grow into it like it's an article of clothing. For the moment it felt better but later on it went back to its normal size and now it's just large. I can wear them and see but the minute I tilt my head downward they're ready to slide off highly annoying highly frustrating, and highly unbelievable. I should've really argued I can blame that on my big soft heart, but I'm giving the one star because they really have a sizing guy working there with no common sense

Great experience. This was my first time getting dermal fillers, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Haylee was professional, kind, and incredibly informative. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I really appreciated that she allowed me to see the results as they were happening, which helped me feel confident in the process. I'm extremely happy with the outcome--it looks natural and exactly what I was hoping for. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend

The front desk personnel and optometric technicians were very nice and personable. That's where the good portion of my visit ended. They dilated my eyes prior to testing my vision, so I could not see during my actual vision test. They left my prescription the same because the doctor (who had horrible bedside manner and came across as rude) said "I wasn't making any sense" when I explained I couldn't read the lines of letters (due to my eyes being dilated prior to my exam). I spoke to another eye doctor at a different practice who explained this was absolutely not correct. Seemed as if the doctor didn't really care about testing my vision but more about just doing everything as quickly as possible. I would not go back here and I will strongly suggest to future patients to not go to this practice either.

I will never return after going through a year of appointments and finally getting a pair of mediocre soft lenses and semi- hard lenses. Lots of ineptitude and every visit they wanted my copay, which I refused unless they actually helped me. I do not like this place and will NEVER recommend it nor return to it.

I had an excellent experience with Westminster Eyecare Associates this week. The doctor and staff are helpful, courteous and professional and friendly! Melissa helped me select new glasses and lenses and she was excellent, and very knowledgeable. Melissa is very friendly and provided the perfect ending to my experience with Westminster Eyecare. I highly recommend this business for your eyecare needs.

I appreciate the manager kinsley I believe her name is ... Had some complaints but then reached out immediately to fix it , with lot of services offered . I really appreciated that attention and apologies. That was great !!!

Westminster Eyecare Associates is top notch! The staff was kind and helpful, the place was very clean, and the eye exam was administered quickly and easily. I left my first ever appointment here well informed and glad to have chosen them.
