My appointment was cancelled due to the blizzard. Understandable. Telling me that the next available appointment isn't till May.... UNACCEPTABLE . Clearly you don't need me as a patient. I am a working man and not available until after 3pm. I'll probably struggle to find another eye Dr but, oh well.

We experienced exceptional service from Hailey helping us with prisms on the prescription eyeglasses. She was patient, kind, informative and went beyond to send a fax to another eye specialist, talking to the Dr in the clinic that day, involving the manager about our inability to get a specialist appointment for another 6 months. Jill the manager was willing to call and find us help for the worsening double vision problem. Amazingly something happened and we received a call a few days after our visit to Koch for an appointment with the specialist needed!!! Thank you all very much for this world class service and care.

Love my experience at Koch Eye Associates. My eye exam went well and I found that my prescription had changed drastically and that I may need cataract surgery in the Spring. I then went to the optometrist shop to select new glasses. I was treated with respect and selected a pair. The Wakefield office was incredibly kind, super polite & helpful; I got no Conveyor Belt sense while I was there, either for myself or the other patients I saw being processed. Pam & Jacqueline were Five Star friendly, compassionate & super helpful with information & patience with an old lady (moi~) very anxious about the surgeries I must have. Dr Gerber was just amazing, super-accessible, actively listened to me & provided assurance & resource. I was worried going in and relieved coming out. Amazing~

I've been going to the Wakefield office for years. They are all professional and kind. Dr Fantoni is upbeat and kind and you can ask her any question and she listens and answers without her trying to sell you anything.
The staff all round is excellent. They help each other out during the day to make things go smoothly and on time.
The optical eyeglass section is also very good and knowledgeable. They helped me get the best glasses with discounts applied to get a great deal. A great place!
