My experience here seemed fine at first. I called weeks ahead for an appointment verifying they would take my insurance and was told yes. I went to.the appointment as scheduled, Dr. Diovan was very good and I was happy. After the exam she led me to an area and told me those were the frames my insurance would cover. I picked a pair and got them about 10 days later. All good, except now the " front end" ladies informed me I had to.pay as my insurance would not cover my exam or glasses. They have been after me ever since, only wish I had a recording of them telling me I was covered. Turns out my " spectra" plan dropped them BEFORE my call or appointment. Total nightmare. The Dr. was fine, but the communication and knowledge of what is what in the office literally sux. I forgot to mention I get billed for Bi-focals..I did NOT get bi-focals. What the heck ! Like I said, Dr.Dimova was fine and it ends there. Go someplace else. After the recent response I think it is important to mention that my appointment was scheduled a few weeks ahead of time and no one mentioned they did not accept Spectra. Why would I be shown a table with glasses my insurance accepted ? All I.am saying is be very careful checking on your costs and insurance coverage at this office. I still hold a bill for bi- focals here and never had bi-focals. Do they bill insurance for services not provided ? Dr. Dimova is excellent and after that, what a mess. Very disappointing and frustrating. I subsequently made another appointment elsewhere and my insurance was accepted. United Health Care. No problems.

Amazing practice! The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. Dr. Dimova has been wonderful to both myself and my two elderly parents. She is kind, patient and really smart. I feel very fortunate to have found such a great practitioner.

I can't recommend Dr. Dimova and her amazing staff enough. They are all so professional and kind. They are truly there to help. Dr. Dimova is very thoughtful, skilled and patient. If this practice was out of network with my insurance I would pay out of pocket to continue our family's eye care with her.

Not an exaggeration to say Dr. Dimova is the best eye doctor I have ever been to, except for my F-I-L, of course. She takes great care with my eyes, monitors an issue I have and will always see me if I have an acute issue. And she explains things very well. The staff has been wonderful the past several years in her new location - always pleasant and helpful. Some former staff people saw themselves as gate keepers and not the forward face of the practice. That has changed completely. Highly recommend.

After dealing with dry eye for 7 years, I learned that Dr. Dimova had a new procedure using laser light that would help with dry eye. Four painless procedures, one month apart, no more Restasis drops needed, and redness around the eyes gone! I am thrilled. Dr. Dimova and her staff are excellent. Very kind and a welcoming atmosphere.

Dr. Dimova is the absolute best! The new office is so nice and the front end staff are so friendly and accommodating. I had an appointment today (it had been a couple of years since I had been in and my first time at the new location). I love how Dr. Dimova thoroughly explains each test she is doing and she even takes the time to show you the pictures of your eyes. They had a great selection of frames. Thank you again and looking forward to picking up my new glasses!

Dr. Dimova is amazing. She is personable, smart, and is always happy to answer all of your questions. When I finally bought contact lenses, I didn't use them that often. My wedding was coming up, and I needed a refresher on how to put them in for my wedding. She allowed me to come in after her work day, and showed me how to put them in again without a scheduled visit. This was so nice of her, and definitely helped me when I was in a pinch. I recommend her to everyone!

Dr. Dimova is the best eye Dr. I have ever been to in my almost 60 years. She explains things well and has given me some very good practical advice. They also told me the cost of things before I made any decision to order and gave options as to what was the best deal with my insurance. I get good personalized care there.
