Koch Eye Associates Woonsocket

Terrible answering service and experience trying to get seen. We are patients of Koch Eye. I attempted to connect with the office several times only to be hung up on by their answering service on multiple occasions. When I did finally get through, I explained that I have a family member that has conjunctivitis and needs to be seen in their response to go to the emergency room... For pink eye. They would not allow a doctor to speak with me on the phone directly and they said they're sorry there's nothing else they can do. I don't think this is an acceptable experience to have and I will be looking for a new doctor for my family.

Went here to have laser surgery on both eyes to fix issues with cataract removal done by a different facility. The technician and doctor were great. They listened to me and cared about my problems. Would definitely recommend them.

Best experience I've had at this location. Staff was knowledgeable. And engaging. I'd like the personal touch if they would introduce themselves. I was fortunate to get an appointment just a few days after calling. The staff and doctor addressed my immediate concern. Gave an explanation for what was happening with my vision. And totally explained how the treatment procedure would be accomplished and what I could expect afterwards. At check out I had the feeling the scheduled was "nudged" so I could have the other eye done the following week. It was an excellent experience from check-in to check-out. Kudos to Kock Eye Care!

Overall okay but they won't change it so my number is called and sent things, instead it goes to my father. I have also requested to be called by my preferred name in person and they straight up refuse and just call me Adrianna in my face, every other doctor I have calls me Vespid, it truly is not difficult to respect a patients wishes.

Thank you to Dr. Graham who went above and beyond. What was thought to initially be pink eye was actually a serious eye condition that is threatening my husband's vision. Dr. Graham was able to reduce his eye pressure set him up with a specialist. Without her and the techs prompt attention and professionalism, he would have lost his vision yesterday. Thank you to the Koch Eye staff that got my husband, who is not a patient, in so quickly.

I have been seeing doctors and opticians at Koch for many years and was always very satisfied. Can't say the same for recent experience. They now seem to have an answering service which gives you a run around to get through. Had to go physically to office to schedule an appointment. Had a new optician my previous one left. Was not at all pleased with her. Dr I had been seeing for retina issue no longer there. Was scheduled in Jan of 2024. Appointment was cancelled 3x's before I finally saw new doctor in Nov. He was very good. Thankfully not an emergency and just maintenance. Not sure that I will return for my next annual. Very disappointed.

I don't go there. I go to the wound clinic next door. I can see they're very busy.

I had an appointment scheduled a week ago. I called to confirm my appointment and was told the doctor retired, and they called me on October 24th and left a message to reschedule. I checked my voice messages since I never erase any of them. I did not receive any messages. I called to complain of this and was given a voice mailbox for the manager, so I left them a message regarding not being notified. A week later still no call from them. This has happened before from this location. Poorly ran business. It is even worse than that as it is for medical treatment, and they actually have people who need to see doctors. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THERE SERVICE OR LACK OF.
