I am very happy with Vision Associates, Woonsocket RI. Nice and professional staff. Doctor Dena Hall is a brilliant doctor that I can trust. She does her examinations carefully and patiently. She has been taking care of my eye pressure for several years. Dr Dena Hall also chose the best time to remove Cataract and now I have my vision back.

This was my first time visiting Vision Associates of Woonsocket and overall it was a very nice experience. This is a family of eye care professionals and it shows, especially with the care, quality of service and expertise they delivered to me. After my first visit ended I happily decided that I definitely will be returning to the Woonsocket location and will be dealing with them for all my current and future eye care needs. Definitely give them a look!

I have been coming to this Vision Associates location for over 15 years. The doctors my family and I have seen here are extremely knowledgeable with special circumstances and have been wonderful with the kids as they've grown up. The front office staff and technicians have always been very friendly and are accommodating when we have needed urgent visits. We haven't had as many interactions with the glasses department, but all of them have been pleasant experiences. Overall, this is a great place to go for eye care.

I have been a loyal Vision Associate customer for 18 years, and it has truly been like my home for eye care. I've always appreciated the quality of service and the level of care provided in the past. However, over the last two years, I've noticed some concerning changes. The administration team has not always demonstrated professionalism, and at times, their communication has come across as impolite. I've also overheard the use of inappropriate language in front of customers, which does not reflect well on the company's standards. Additionally, there have been an increasing number of prescription errors, which is worrying given the importance of accuracy in eye care. I truly hope Vision Associate can return to the high standard of service and professionalism that made it so trusted over the years. I believe with the right focus and improvements, the quality of care can be restored.

Dr. Jennings is personable and attentive. He makes you feel comfortable and took.the time needed to answer my questions, give me information and alleviate my concerns.

They were very good. Nice people. Nice atmosphere. And their services impeccable I would recommend them too everybody put everybody I know already sees them.

Dr. Hall has been taking care of my eyes for years now and I am very pleased. She listens to my concerns and responds with respect, treating me as an intelligent person's who knows my own eyes and sometimes has concerns. She patiently explains any questions I have.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Dina was great and thorough when checking my eyes, providing me with excellent care. I'm so glad I went back to this office after neglecting my wellbeing of my eyes for over 2 years. Now I'm back on track
