This office was very clean & everyone was friendly & professional. The doctor was the best. My husband & I both saw him & we both were impressed. He was knowledgeable friendly & professional. I appreciate him being honest with me. We will go back as needed.

I love Dr Mak, love love love her. But the office staff here is so awful. A year ago at my appointment, I wasn't told I had a $100 credit for over paying two years previously. And the woman seemed surprised at how I could be upset about that. They also didn't call when my contacts and glasses were ready and seemed annoyed when I called to ask. I was determined to find a new place but reviews of places closer to me were terrible. So I decided to give this place another try. Again Dr Mak and the other eye doctor were amazing. But the woman at the front desk was annoyed with any question I asked. She seemed bothered that I didn't know what type of lenses I wore. She was bothered when I asked if I had any credits on account. She was annoyed that I didn't know what add-ons I wanted and when I asked that she look at what I got last year. My 4 year old then threw a tantrum when I wouldn't let her touch the glasses. And this woman was literally rolling her eyes at me and huffing and puffing when she thought I wasn't looking. It made an already stressful situation even worse. I know my daughter should have behaved better but there was also no one else in the office at the time and seriously, I was just trying to do my best. It was beyond stressful. Unfortunately I won't be returning next year after this experience.

I have a new eye dr! Dr. Mak and her staff were so kind, professional and they really took the time to listen to my concerns and make sure my contact prescription was correct. I needed a second opinion and I found my new eye dr. She let me try a new brand of contacts that met my needs and my eyes feel so much better after wearing them all day. I highly recommend this office.

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Each step of the process of the exam was thoroughly explained and any questions I had were answered. We have already scheduled our appointments for 2027.
