I don't normally like to do bad reviews but I have time on this one to save people money. DO NOT GO TO Dr. Steve Metras, O.D.! WASTE OF MONEY!!! I went to go get an eye exam and upon getting my new eye glasses with the new prescription I noticed I could not see good out of them at all. Weird I've never had this trouble before and I've been wearing glasses for 10 plus years. I put my old glasses on and noticed I could see way better. So I went to another eye doctor for another eye exam and he wrote me a total different prescription. I called up to the Northlake Eyecare and explained to them the situation and wouldn't offer me a refund or even half my money back! Very unprofessional! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! HORRIBLE!!
