I went for a check up and everyone in the office was very nice and polite, friendly. Dr Smith was very thorough, very polite and professional. I felt nervous when I first went in but the friendly atmosphere made me feel comfortable. I wasn't in the office very long at all, maybe an hour total time from arriving to getting my glasses. I would Highly recommend this office to anyone.
This practice is professional with the human touch. I've been going for 2 years and Dr. Patrick W. Smith is my go to guy for my eye health. Also, want to mention the in-house optical shop and how good Krayvon is. Krayvon is patient and does all he can to ensure the glasses exactly what they are supposed to be and he has my confidence too.
The Doctor was nice for for 5 minute exam. The Lady who did my glasses was very helpful and professional and kind. The Receptionist was extremely aggressive and nasty and made fun of me to her co workers. I will go to a different location next year.
Exam portion of visit very efficient and Dr Patrick Smith was great. not so happy with the optical dept in terms of obtaining additional information after my visit about ordering glasses - they have not returned phone call after two messages left. other than that, can highly recommend Dr Smith
Iwas very happy with the service at this dr.'s office. The doctor ask well as the office staff were extremely professional.
the staff was amazing, no pressure to purchase, great exam. This is a truly a fantastic location. Dr Smith does a very thorough exam.
Sat around for 30 minutes before being seen for an eye exam. 2 days later when I was ready to order more contact lenses I called twice and left a message and nobody got back to me for 24 hours. So when I called the third time I explained that nobody was getting back to me and then finally I got a call back. Then the price that I was quoted for a year of contacts was far more money than I've ever paid, so I told them nevermind and am instead ordering contacts from 1800contacts. Awful experience every step of the way, do not go here.
Physician care was great. Scheduling was awful - called and went to three different offices before I got seen for an annual eye exam. My glasses are broken and i'm almost out of contacts - called initially at the end of July and was not seen until mid September. Initial person scheduled me with a doctor that didn't perform eye exams, second person scheduled me with someone who didn't take my insurance and told me this at the office after I left work and drove to the location - they called the secondary number on my account after I told them to take it off from the first scheduling issue and they said they left a voicemail on the secondary number and didn't call me directly. Finally, I was seen at the WA location and Dr. Smith was great. I haven't been able to use my contacts daily because I have to limit them so I don't run out before my new ones get ordered/delivered. Overall frustrating experience and concerning for anyone who needs visual support due to poor administrative mistakes. I'm hoping this is seen and changes can be made to help patients!
