Dr. Knowlton was able to meet with me and was very kind and patient with all my questions. His assistant, Shawna, was excellent as well. My diagnosis could not be handled by Dr. Knowlton but Shawna was able to get me an appointment with another doctor in their practice that met with me the same day. I am having surgery this week. Both offices were excellent to work with. Also, kudos to Emilie in customer service for getting me an appointment the next day!

I had a very serious eye infection in an already damaged eye and Dr. Knowlton quickly diagnosed it and provided a 2 week treatment plan with multiple meds and with his dosing advice we had it knocked out quickly. We had several follow up visits during treatment to monitor progress in which he kept me fully apprised of how the situation was progressing. Kudos to him and his assistants for a job well done.
