Every one and everything was excellent ! Except the person who handles the glasses department. The person was not there the day of my appointment and I was told that person would call me the next day with a price for the pairs of glasses after insurance was applied never got a call. And I called twice and left two separate voicemails and still no return call. Today is day 3. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
