I have been going to this location for a few years always felt like my contacts were just not right, having to depend on readers daily. Met their new Doctor, Courtney McNulty-Faith yesterday, a miracle worker. Took the time to review my file and made some adjustments, difference in night and day! Looking for a great Eye Doctors, highly recommend Dr. Courtney!

Dr. McNulty was such a delightful and helpful optometrist to me. I'm very grateful for her kindness. Gabby is a wonderful handshake for the business. You guys rock!

While they are great in getting glasses the same day and they have competitive prices, be advised the do not stand behind their warranty statement online unless you pay for extended coverage.

The location on Sam Rittenberg Blvd in Charleston SC saved our vacation! I lost my glasses in the ocean-sounds silly but it happened. Rather than joining me in a full on panic, my wife searched for same day optical, found this location, called from the beach, and spoke with their very helpful staff. They were able to get my eye rx faxed from my home provider, and by the time we arrived, the staff had everything ready to go-all I had to do was pick frames! From the time my wife first called until I had new glasses on my face, it was only 2.5 hours. Amazing. I was truly impressed. The staff was so kind and understanding, even reassuring me that I was by no means the first person to have something like this happen! With their "2 for x" program and our insurance, I was able to get two pairs of glasses for a fantastic price, one of which wouldn't be ready before we returned home. No worries, they said-they would be shipped. I just received them, a bit over a week later. I'm so happy with both pairs and with the service we received. I couldn't recommend them more!

Rosa was exceptional at the rate which she was able to assist me with what I needed and she went above and beyond to make sure I was more than happy with my purchase! She very thoughtful, kind, & great overall!

I bought two pairs at the Sam Rittenberg location in Charleston and Michael gave perfect service. He greeted me upon entering, asked a few questions;, then showed me around and pointed out various styles I mentioned that I like. He left me to look and try on; no hovering and no leaving for too long-the perfect balance. He addressed things I wouldn't know about as a first time buyer. Michael is superb at his job!

I went to the EyeGlass World on Sam Rittenberg only for a prescription for eye-glasses, and I informed them of this when scheduling the appointment. The personnel was nice and even received me before the scheduled time. But when I asked for the PD (Pupillary Distance) for my prescription, I was told that they wouldn't give it to me because I am not purchasing glasses from them. Disappointed
