Infinity Eye Care: Michael Zolman, OD

My 5-year-old had an appointment at Infinity Eye Care yesterday, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. They were so kind, patient, and made her feel completely comfortable. She even had the other customers laughing! We're so grateful for the warm experience. Highly recommend!

I started there a few years ago when they saw me on a possible emergency. The receptionist employed AT THAT TIME was absolutely amazing at her job and very professional. Another girl was there afterwards... so unprofessional and made a confusing mess of my paperwork on more than time. The doctor and other staff were great, but due to her, I took my business elsewhere cause the front desk is very important. My husband went to them a few times . This last time has made him also decide to go elsewhere. He ordered glasses sept.19 and was told it'd be approx 2 wks. Now it's Nov. 5 and we've both made so many calls about them. We keep getting told they're on the way. Not once did they initiate a call with an update. Very disappointing and 2 customers gone. Really need a course in customer service.Also, my husband got charged for being a new patient even though he wasn't. Just confirms my paperwork comment. Guess they really need that money.

Always a great experience at Infinity. Staff is super nice. I appreciate how they keep up on the new technology for the office exams (not needing to get dilated). Also Dr Zolman is very knowledgeable/experienced. I appreciate him staying late to answer all my questions.

Great staff with great experience for my 13 and 10 year old girls. My youngest started coming here when she was 8. She was super nervous but everyone made her feel at ease. Not many leave the eye doctor with smiles on their faces :) Our whole family will be switching over

This was my first visit and I was very pleased. I was on a time crunch (my fault!), but the staff was so quick and efficient it wasn't an issue. My eye history is high-maintenance, but Dr. Zolman and his staff were genuinely focused on addressing all my concerns. They exceeded my expectations and definitely earned my business!

I received very prompt and efficient care from Dr. Zolman. His staff is very accommodating and efficient. Overall a very positive experience. I definitely recommend him.

Great service! In 1994, I had RK surgery to rid myself of the coke-bottle glasses I used to wear. As I've aged, my eyes have regressed to the need once again for spectacles. I got my first set of glasses in 30 years, and I've been so pleased with them, I didn't hesitate to go right back to Infinity when I felt it was time for a new Rx. The folks there are great, and the glasses themselves are pretty amazing in terms of durability and performance (transitional and auto darkening). Definitely recommend Infinity Eye Care.

Doctors Zolman and his staff are exceptional and their ability to be personable, professional, and demonstrate expertise in this field is exactly what I was looking for and was placed to find.
