The entire staff at this location was absolutely amazing! Everything was super efficient, clean, and welcoming. They made sure I got the best use of my insurance plan, informed me about a mail-in rebate for the contacts I purchased, helped me pick out the perfect frames (without being pushy, which is what I usually encounter at other places). The Doctor at this location was super informative and went out of her way to answer some super specific questions I had and even got me set up with two referrals! They even had Diet Coke stocked in the waiting room fridge, which was a life saver for us DC drinkers, iykyk! Excellent across the board! Thank you!! A++

I've been coming here for 3 years now. It's been a great experience EVERY year! Before I moved to James island, I hated going to the eye doctor. The staff here are all very helpful, easygoing, and genuinely nice people. I never have to wait long, and I'm in and out in a decent amount of time! I refer everyone I know to this place! Thank you to you all for making this place a great experience!

Extremely disappointed in the service here. I have been using My Eye Dr. for years as my vision is extremely bad and I need new glasses every two years, I am a frequent patient. I decided to try this location because it was closer to my work and I will never make that mistake again... The optometrist Michael was amazing and after the first mess up on my glasses (which could have severely messed up my eyes) he apologized immensely and I got new ones made. The second ones were just as bad...the pictures were what I walked out with. Now, my left eye is SEVERELY worse then my right eye so the lense will always be thicker, but this is unacceptable. No shaving of the lenses or care to make them not completely unwearable. One of the ladies at the front was very nice the entire time (shorter hair) but the "manager" I assume was not very accommodating and did not come off friendly by any means. I have now waited over a month for new glasses and the second pair are still horrible and blurry to see far distances. Do not recommend.

They've tried to get me to book my annual exam for the past year. When I try to use the app to do so, NOTHING but frustrating! Where's my regular doctor? There's no way to message you or the corporate office. What a colossal waste of time and source of irritation as the customer. Called the phone number and told to use the website w book. Insanity! I texted stop to their constant tests. Can't stand companies that make it difficult for their customers.

Very poor service I had appointment February went in the office the young man that work at the front desk was looking at me in my husband like we wasn't belong there so the young lady call me in the back she put 2 drop in both of my eyes so came out of the room sat in the hall way for 30 minutes so they can tell me that she wasn't come in my appointment was at 8:15 until about 9:45 so they can tell me she was not coming in so I left and tell not send me a bill

Was told my eye exam would be submitted for SCDMV in 1-3 business days and I would receive a text communication once it had been. I called on the fourth business day and was told it would be another two days before submission. So I was unable to get my license because of their slow processing and untrue communication of timeline.

Came in a few weeks ago to get my mom set up with a doctor and to get her a better pair of eye glasses. The staff were so wonderful! I'd truly like to thank everyone there that we interacted with. They were so patient with my mom (who recently got diagnosed with cognitive disorder) and gave us plenty of time for check in and check out. Thank you again and will be setting up my own future appointments with this place

What a great visit! Dr. Fazzary was fantastic! She really took her time and answered all my questions. The office staff were friendly and so easy to work with. I would recommend this office over and over.
