Outer Vision

My whole family has been coming to this eyeglasses/vision store for years. Donnie and Angela are so amazing. They have helped us many times to pick out new frames and if something goes wrong with our glasses (which is very rare) they help with that as well. Dr. Gupta is awesome. So sweet, kind and caring. Great doctor and very patient. Thanks Outer Vision for being the best of the best!! We love y'all.

Dr. Gupta did an excellent job with my aunt today! She has been going to him for several years but previously at his old location on Rivers. He acknowledged her having to travel further for a visit and thanked her. She left happy and satisfied!

Dr. Gupta, Jennifer, and Donny were AMAZING! After being given a prescription that was not correct from another optometrist, Outer Vision saw me quickly and corrected the prescription. Donny made the new lenses in less than 3 hours as this was an emergency situation! I had to drive through a thunderstorm in my sunglasses as the prescription was so bad! Scary situation!They are courteous and professional. I will never go anywhere else again! I highly recommend Outer Vision!

I have been trying to find temporary reading glasses and had been very unsuccessful because nothing seemed to work. I decided to stop in here for two reasons, one they were open on a Saturday, which apparently most places aren't, and they seem to have a bunch of good reviews. The good reviews are accurate. Dr. Gupta examined my eyes, and spent the time to carefully explain what was actually going on with my right eye and what options the eye surgeons might have. He showed me why reading glasses have not helped. The other doctors I have been going to had not really explained anything. That doesn't mean they are bad, they just weren't able to answer my questions. They always seem too rushed and busy to listen. But now I know what questions to ask. When I get to the point that my eyes are ready to get glasses again I am going to come back here to get them. It was a nice friendly environment and from someone who has worn glasses for about 60 years, I can say that my impression was extremely good. I am feeling much better about what options I have.

Highly reccomend. I was new patient that needed an immediate appointment for work travel, they took me right away and staff was very kind and attentive. Dr. Rahul K. Gupt was knowledgeable and provided great care with answering my questions. Stress free. Great place.

I was told that I had insurance on my glasses. And when I called to see about getting g them fixed or a replacement pair. She told me she would call me back. That was 2 weeks ago. I will not go back there.

My 5 year old daughter just reminded me to write a good review for this business over dinner. I bought some Silhouette eye glasses from here a few years back and absolutely love them. They are my daily glasses when I'm not wearing contacts. The nose pads on them were getting noticeably dirty, so I called them to see if it could be repaired. The guy on the phone told me to bring it by so he could take a look at it, so I did. I handed it to him, he went to the back, and brought my glasses back looking better than new. I asked him how much I owed him and he told me I was good to go. My daughter even knew what a nice thing he had done and reminds me til this day about the time when that nice man fixed my glasses for free. Thank you and best wishes.

Every time I go to Outer Vision I have a great experience. The staff is always so kind, helpful, and attentive to my needs. Donny was especially great with helping me find the right pair of glasses for my extremely high prescription. I definitely recommend them if you're in the Charleston area!
