Candy Stokes was absolutely wonderful. Not only the knowledge of my care but also the selection in the office ! Exceptional customer service with great knowledge made my visit easy and wonderful. Best office in Columbia and surrounding areas !

Dr. Hynes is exceptional. I have been going to her forseveral years now and have aways found her to be very professional and listenes to your problems. If there is someone better in Columbia I don,t know them. Bill

Kelly is a fantastic doctor, and every appointment is seamless. The staff is attentive, communicative, and always makes sure I understand my options. Milly is especially great at keeping me informed. My experience at 20/20 has been nothing but excellent.

Dr. Hynes is such a gem in the Columbia area. I have been going to her for years, and she has never failed to be understanding, kind, and helpful with all the questions I might have. She always make sure that you're comfortable, and if you have any questions on what procedures need to be done or what options are available, she definitely has answers for you. Dr. Hynes and her team are simply magnificent! I had an urgent emergency leaving me with no contacts. I already placed an order 3days prior for a left Gas permeable contact lenses. I was down to one contact, until this morning my contact ended up cracking in half as I tried to get it out of the case. I was devastated because I don't have any back up glasses. I felt like my whole world was unraveling and I still had to take care of my 2 toddlers. Long Story short my boyfriend was able to drive me to the office. Dr. Hynes blessed me with back up soft lenses just for my prescription in case of an emergency. I was unaware that she pre-orders them for me just in case I need them. I was so thankful for her act of kindness. She also had my hard lenses rush ordered and told me that they would be delivered today as well! God was truly on my side and I'm so blessed to have an awesome doctor like Dr. Hynes. I was able to still make it to work and go about my day as if nothing i. God bless you all.

I cannot brag enough about Dr. Hynes and her staff. My husband had eyelid surgery to remove excessive skin so that he could see better. Not only was the eye surgery a success, the care before, during, and after it was top-notch. Highly recommend!!
