Dr. Raj is truly a remarkable eye doctor who seems to enjoy her profession! I was really impressed with her thoroughness during my examination, her attention in listening to my concerns while addressing them during her assessment in a way that was clearly understood. Dr. Raj exceeded my expectations by addressing all the concerns I voiced so I could leave with an action plan! Thank you so much, Dr. Raj!

The reason my family and I will not likely be back here is because the wait times for the exam are awful. My first appointment was at 5:30 and I arrived at 5:15 and due to people taking longer ahead of me, my appointment had to be rescheduled after already having the pretest. At the next appointment, it again ran an hour late. I had to schedule an in-person follow-up, that appointment time was altered without my approval or knowledge until the new time was sent to me, which I could not make due to my work schedule. When I did get in for the follow-up, I again arrived on-time and had to wait for approximately 75 minutes before seeing someone. Time is precious and I build in appointments to my schedule, and I have never had a place just move appointment times around and have people waiting for over an hour. The staff complain about the virtual appointments always causing long wait times before the optometrist arrives and my wife, mother, and I all experienced this firsthand with all of us waiting over 20 minutes for someone to arrive on the screen after already having additional wait times in the waiting room. This is disappointing because the staff are kind and respectful and can see how frustrating it is for the patients. Tripp has been wonderful for all of us at the time of purchase and fitting. He was extremely patient with my mother and slowly explained everything and answered all of her questions. He especially is an asset to this location.

Let me just say that the staff here has character. They're so sweet and helpful. I really felt seen.

I've been a customer for years in your Altamonte Springs store (Florida). I've even recommend my Best friend to take his children there. He's totally satisfied with the service he has gotten for his family I've just recently moved to South Carolina. Columbia would be my nearest location of service. That initial (negative) review I found it to be shocking to me. I still going to try the Columbia store. My loyalty still remains strong for American Best

Got new glasses today I talked to Sam so he could explain to me how to wear my no line bifocals he was amazing he showed me exactly how to wear my glasses and not be on a high step level I give Sam 2 thumbs up!!! He's a true professional. Thanks Sam

The staff here are amazing and have always been amazing. They are mainly the reason why I keep coming back to this location. However, I had an appointment scheduled for 5:45pm and did the preliminary exam put me in que to be seen by the doctor. When it was my turn the doctor just clocked out with no warning. It was at least two of us. This was a complete waste of time because in order to come to the appointment I had to find a sitter for my daughter. Now I'm requested to come back in a few days later to complete the same appointment. I have to find a sitter again, so this is all wasted time.
