I recently moved to Columbia and this fortunately was the closest eye doctor office that was available that was covered under my insurance. I'm very happy it was I had a great customer service experience. Office staff was very friendly and helpful, even when I had gotten slightly turned around in my route there to guide me. Wait time was not an issue. Dr. Kathy was great at answering any questions I had during my eye exam and made it very comfortable during my entire process. I will definitely be continuing to use their services and I highly recommend them if you're looking to try out a new vision care office.
