The atmosphere was welcoming, clean pleasant! The remote doctor eye appointment was really outstanding! I had a no pressure to buy experience after I received my prescription.
They even fixed a pair of glasses for me to fit my face better than where I had previously bought them from years ago.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The problem was that it was a "remote" appointment which means that the doctor sees the scans of your eyes and uses that to determine the health of your eyes. However, the machine they use to scan your eyes is difficult to get a good image of and I had to have the scan several times. Plus, my insurance did not pay for the scan, so my free insurance exam cost me real $$,

All the staff were friendly and attentive. It was kind of strange having a remote eye doctor but the majority of the process was business as usual; I just wish they were able to fit new contact wearers. I love the variety of frames to choose from and ended up buying three pairs! Even though they don't take my insurance they still were able to give me a good price for everything. I will be coming back to this location.

As I arrived to check in for myself and my child, the lady at the front desk was very kind and polite to let me know that she only seen one appointment. She politely said no worries we can add the second one and it should not be a problem. Check in and filling out the forms wad effortless. The new and improved and very interesting way of doing eye exams has surpassed my expectations. Even down to the minor hiccup of Internet connection from one doctor to the next. The next doctor entered the exam and apologized and was very sweet and thorough. Nothing could've been improved. Sometimes you have to control the controllables and have patience with the things you cannot. The checkout process was smooth as well. The young man that helped me was very professional and relatable. I recommend this location to any in every family.
