Waited a month and a half for my appt. Got off work early and sat in traffic for an hour just to get told my app was cancelled because I didn't respond to your text. Complete garage business model... My kids have come here for years and this is how my first visit went. I'll go else where.

Very pissed, called at 5 to make sure they were gonna be opened till 6. Got there at 5:50 just to pick up glasses. Drove 30 minutes away in 5pm traffic for them to close earlier than said. Even told them I was on the way.

appointments go well but they don't close at the time they say they do, i called in at 5:10 pm to ask if they'd still be open at 5:20. i got there at 5:20 on the dot, and they closed before we even got there. They definitely did this on purpose.

Horrible experience. Front desk clerk was very rude, unpleasant, and no help. Glasses are not what we ordered, they don't fit right, and he was no help in trying to get them corrected.
